中心部から少し離れてます。車でおよそ30分程度です。ただ、周りに歓楽街もなく、静かに過ごせます。チェックインは時間前でも空きがあれば可能です。その点は早く着いたので助かりました。

Food was mediocre and repetitive. Same thing everyday. Rarely hot with little change to the menu. The a La carte menu was very limited and bland. Rarely were your towels changed and often there was no hand towels or face cloths. Some staff like such as Neri, Bianca and Joshua were amazing and went above and beyond. Otherwise many of the staff were indifferent with poor attention to detail ; even when tipped. Tipping made no difference in service so better not to unless the person is helpful. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Pros; Staff was excellent and had a great a**osphere for interaction. Fun little dance club to hang out in. Very easy resort to navigate. Beach and ocean are beautiful and clean. Grounds and rooms were clean.
Cons; construction noises from 7am that continued all day made sleeping in impossible. Grinding and scraping noises from within the property. WiFi didn’t work, tv didn’t work. Not a problem because I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. They would run out of common alcohol(tequila and wine!). Basic food, nothing that really stood out.

The staff were excellent! The bar tender has such a great personality!! Definitely make reservations and eat at the dinning room the food is so much better there. This place is quiet with alot of older people but its also very clean! And they didnt mind that we made a little noise lol

The property was very clean but didn’t have amenities in the bar area. The waiters and waitresses were awesome but the people behind the front desk were dishonest and horrible service

The resort is quite and not crowded, this is more of an older crowd resort so keep that in mind.
The food was decent somedays and some days not very good but it was filling.
The pools are nice and swim up bars are great as well
THE SERVY NERY WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST(HE WORKS MOSTLY AT THE SNACK RESTAURANT)
HE WAS A GREAT PERSON, SO WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY.
I ENJOYED TALKING WITH HIM EVERYDAY.

This is our second time at this property. We had a nice time. The rooms were clean the area and the grounds were very clean. The pool area was very nice with ample lounge chairs however, there were no chairs around the property to sit on, which was kind of a hassle. The gym was OK. The pool above the gym was nice. There are three pools all of which were pretty sparkling, clean and warm enough to stay in. The food at the two restaurants were above average however, at the one restaurant down by the beach, the menu was the same throughout the whole week that we were there. The food was very good however. The service was excellent. Definitely would recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere mellow quiet, clean and convenient. Very close to the airport.

A comfortable and quiet all-inclusive hotel with good food and pleasant staff. Buffet had plenty of options, and the small outdoor cafe had a nice selection for light lunch and dinner. The beach was beautiful.

Great spot if you want quiet. We showed up and it was all old couples and it was only half full. Luckily there was a few other people that showed up that made the same booking mistake we did so us young people stuck together and had some fun. The reaper it self was small. The ‘club’ the have advertised is in a weird location in the basement. The lobby was always empty. There is only one restaurant on the property and it’s very small so we went off the resort a few times. Food at the buffet was decent, it was pretty much the same everyday, chips and salsa, salad, soup, breads. There wasn’t a snack bar that you were able to grab food and sit by the pool with. The rooftop was awesome though, with a swim up bar. The view was sick. The room was very dark and the AC unit made me feel sick and it was very annoying during the night. The staff was amazing. Overall it was good but next time we’ll know to find a resort that had more activities and restaurants and a younger crowd.
