Very peaceful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and walkable beach, restaurants on site were excellent.

The Hilton Azul is a fabulous property. Has everything and anything you can ask for. Only one disappointing problem. For a premier property, I can't believe they don't provide bottled water in the rooms. They admit the tap water in not approved for drinking, then why not provide water for their guests? Quite disappointing. BTW, they sell gallons and gallons of bottled water in their store. Spend the money, Hilton, and install a water filtration system.

Update check in time to 4 pm. It’s been over one year since they updated the policy but their website and all third party sites state 3 pm check in time. This caused major disruption having us wait for hours to check in upon arrival after a long flight. The room was not ready until 4:40 PM.

Awesome. Flight issue and we booked last minute. We asked to upgrade and they gave us an amazing room with a private deck. We lived this place!!!

I’d give this hotel all 5’s if it wasn’t for my horrible check in process. We booked thru ******* a month in advance and when we arrived, they didn’t have our reservation and was told their was a glitch in their system between the hotel and *******. They had no rooms and put our room near the parking lot with a dumpster view and a gas truck that would fill up every morning for an hour. Staff was not accommodating. However, we did love the property and extended our trip an additional four days due to the blizzard in Chicago. Will never be booking my future trips as a good member thru ******* because of this “glitch”.

High end hotel, finish, amenities, 3 pools, 10 restaurants across the street, walk to grocery store, walk to San Jose, cab to Los Cabos, good value, and not an inclusive, so no worry about people over indulging....Great value, would go back in flash! Cindy Walker

Great place to stay. Beautiful and you won’t want to leave. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable for the kids. That was the only negative.

The resort/ property is great. It is very clean. Stay away from Javiers. SUPER EXPENSIVE and OVERPRICED. My wife and 3 kids ordered 2 entrees and 3 kids meals (quesadillas) and 2 cocktails, the bill came out to over $300 USD. When I pay $300 for a meal I'm typically at an upscale steakhouse. Stay away, place is a complete ripoff.
