Loved the family room which had a connecting door between 2 rooms. 1 room had bed, kitchenette, bath; 2nd room had 2 beds in separate alcove areas and another bath. Loved the location near the park and good restaurants; enjoyed the free art museum in the park. Only disappoin**ent was lack of hot water for showers.

We had reservation for 2 nights. Hotel refuses to let us stay the first night and also refuses to refund money for the second night. So we ended up having to stay at old strange place far from the city the first night and then move hotels for the second night. I do NOT recommend. Very bad all the way around. This hotel is not good for first time visitors. taxi ride from everything you want to see and do.

Small hotel with good-sized rooms, excellent shower! Quiet. Near Sabana Park and Costa Rican Art Museum. Great restaurant and staff.

Lovely breakfast with local fruit. The fruit was heavenly. Coffee was the best. Beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. Room was clean. Card key reader to get into the room did not work easily.

A very nice hotel! Clean, good breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs with ham, etc. Located very near to Sabana Park if that interests you.

Very nice hotel in the area. Location is near a large park and the art museum, and it’s also walkable to restaurants and other amenities. Staff is really nice and helpful. A great choice for medical tourism.

Very nice little place in the best spot in SJO. Right across the street from central park. Staff very friendly. Would recommend 👌

Nice hotel nearby the Sabana park. Good beds and nice decoration. Breakfast is okay without a big choice, but it's okay if you are not too picky.
Only really deceiving thing is that I was told I would be upgraded and receive a free drink at the time of booking. And I did not get an upgrade even if it seemed that the hotel was not full (really quiet) and the free drink was a small bottle of water.
