It was an excellent hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful—a special thanks to Alejandra and also to a young guy (how I wish I would remember his name) at the concierge desk- who made my trip memorable by guiding me to do some fun things on this short trip.

I will NEVER stay here again, NEVER recommend this hotel or site again!!! From day 1 checking in up until my family and I were forced to leave the hotel. My original accommodations were canceled and I was not notified properly. On Monday August 9,2021 my husband received a phone call from front desk telling us that we had to be out the hotel ASAP. We were giving until 6:00 pm to be out. Note it was 5:52pm. House keeping didn’t bother us at all. It was front desk along with TRIP.COM
Over $2500 paid and we were basically kicked out with no where to go. Things were closing. My husband and our two daughters had NO WHERE TO GO
I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR USE THIS SITE!!!
A total DISASTER

We had a great time at the Sheraton! Everyone was so nice and helpful! It was a great location for many restaurants and not a bad walk to downtown old San Juan!

Location and pool deck we're so nice! We were able to check in early and have our family and friends enjoy the pool deck after our cruise before they all flew home that day. The staff was wonderful too.

Please check your daily charges!! They charged me for towels, that were checked out and returned. Then when i called over the overcharges, they simply said "oh that was an accident"

It took three calls to the front desk to get the room cleaned . Apparently they dont clean them every day. This created a musty smell from damp towels. On the plus side, the bed was new, firm and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I stayed here before and never had a problem with service before, so maybe they were overwhelmed by a full house from week-long celebrations in San Juan this time.

When I checked in the confirmed I had a bay view room however did not give it to me. After going to the room and coming back I was told they would change my room but could not tell me when despite it being after 4pm. At 6pm it was finally taken care of.
