Hotel Europa

This "hotel" is not maintained (the profile is outdated) and operated by crooks. Upon check-in the guy attempted to take my money the first time by short-changing me (one of these people who are overly friendly to the point where fakeness is exuded through their pores). The room was dusty and had cobwebs and bugs. The bathroom water was cold which is fine for me, though given the rating you'd expect some? There was a $2 key deposit and upon early check out I was handed back my fake "$2" which I failed to check due to tiredness, but which (see pictures attached) were two outdated Honduran coins which look nothing like a U.S. dollar, so the clerk succeeded at taking my money the second time and as a consequence of my precise planning I therefore had to make an extra city detour in Nicaragua to use a bank as I didn't have enough for the last bus to Leon due to this theft. Additionally the towel had not been washed (it stank like another body) and the sheets for sure hadn't been cleaned. I took a picture of the room which is the exact same room on their edited profile and it looks completely different. For sure these people don't own the property and must be house-sitting for the actual owner. Being stolen from is never nice. Location is also far from the bus station and historic area.
