A very pleasant little hotel with helpful friendly staff. There were 6 of us, 2 children, 2 parents and 2 grandparents so we opted for 2 triple rooms with pool view for 3 nights. They were extremely clean, lovely sheets, air con, safe, fridge and new bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful but the quality of the coffee and fruit juices out of the machine wasn't the best. The pool area was lovely as was the terrace above it where we took our predinner drinks. Those came from a fridge by reception which was handy. Parking was on site BUT you had to leave your keys in reception during the whole of your stay to ensure parking which was a nuisance as my husband has mobility difficulties and we had pre booked days in the Bagni Matuzia which is a little further away than the ones in town. The staff were very good at calling taxis for us grandparents and children and our son and daughter in law walked to the Bagni. The hotel itself is a little dated but very charming. I want to mention the Chambermaid Monica for her kindness in particular. The restaurant menu wasn't too inspiring even if traditional Italian compared to the many restaurants nearby so we didn't try it.

The food was ok and the beds were bouncy and it had 2 pillows for each bed the room was very good it had 2 charger docks and a tv wich was good and it takes up lugades wich was very good cuz its on hill and it has a free parking and a pool but it was closed cuz its not summer

Nice hotel with a central location - close to everything. Large and spacious room with balcony. Unfortunately, the chairs on the balcony were deckchairs and very uncomfortable, so we didn't get as much enjoyment out of the balcony as we could have. Free on-site parking where you simply hand over the key and the friendly staff will park and collect the car again. Lovely terraces and area around the pool with plenty of seating. Good breakfast buffet. Bar and service all day.

They make false announcements on ***********. We paid for the room including parking. When we arrived at the hotel, they said that they didn't have a free parking lot and sent us to a parking lot 500 m away (one-way roads = more than 1 km away). The price of the stay has increased by an additional 30 euros. The receptionist was very rude and said that we do not need to use the room, and he will not return the money. The room is a disaster, it doesn't even have sockets for charging phones. I recommend you avoid this hotel. 5 minutes after us, the next customer arrived with the same story. Chaos galore.

Very nice hotel in Sanremo ! The hotel is very clean, warm welcoming from the lobby and the cleaning people. The people at the front speaks wonderfully French and English. The hotel propose a free parking where you can give your keys so they can manage to park everyone. A nice swimming pool and a direct access to the city center and the beach at less than 100m. We really appreciated our stay.

This fading hotel was stuck somewhere in the 1960's and not in a good way. Beside the fact and it has parking onsite, there isn't any real positive to say about it. Decoration is horrible. Beds are not comfortable. In the room you can hear the elevator machine, the toilet vent and the people from the next room. Closets from the 1960's. broken floor tiles. The room is equipped with an air condition system but its activation requires extra payment (?!). It very much like you have a shower in the room and they will ask you for extra payment for the water. The staff is nice and helpful, it seems they are not the problem.

Just a short walk from the town centre and seafront, this hotel had lovely comfortable beds (with blissful air conditioning if you've spent the day wandering through Ventimiglia Market in 31 degree sunshine). The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast options were fantastic. We really loved the sizeable balcony in our room and the pool was the perfect spot for a post-lunch pennichella!

Je tiens à adresser mes plus sincères remerciements au personnel de l’hôtel pour l'accueil chaleureux que nous avons reçu lors de notre séjour dans votre établissement. Nous avons été ravis par la qualité des prestations ainsi que par le confort et la propreté des chambres. Je souhaiterais également exprimer une mention toute particulière pour David, réceptionniste de nuit. Son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Son attention aux détails et son souci de répondre à nos besoins, méritent d'être soulignés. Merci encore à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour mémorable. Euh si vous voyagez bcp abstenez vous de venir dans cet hôtel très très vieillot qui nécessitent plus que de la rénovation Salle de bain avec micro cabine de douche literie pourrie si tu veux flinguer ta nuit viens, parking aucune marge manœuvre Le pire cest la vue sur la mer je paie un supplément pour voir des immeubles, son antenne parabolique et un léger bandeau bleu pour dire la mer On a fait 600km pour ca... Une chambre comme ca t en fait dzs cauchemars et on te dit que c'est une belle chambre Ah oui le prix 160 eur... La blague
