the gentleman working the desk at checkin was very polite. we ran out of toilet paper and i met one of the house keepers in the hall and asked for more and she was also very polite.

The staff was great however the cleanliness and maintenance needs attention. Throughout the facility theres debris ranging from trash hair on the grounds and one spot on the ceiling in the hallway. The room, well the area aaround the fridge is covered with dust the floor and carpet had debris and the tub I could see that it needs to be deep cleaned. Its a beautiful property with great staff but it needs some attention to the details to make it excellent.

It was a nice hotel but the room had a couple problems ..wear and tear the faucet was loose ..the chair had some major spots like hair glue on it ! also paint was scratched up on the bathroom..i booked on ******* it said it was a $75 inccidential fee but it was $100 when i arrived!! The housekeeper kept slamming doors around 8am..but overall it was ok

Please do not stay here if you have children or just in general. The rooms are not properly cleaned. The staff was great with assisting me a refund!

No early check-in bath tub has ring around it. Room 412 Electric problem when you turn off light at door it turns of TV. Breakfast was sad no meat to select.

Staff was friendly.
Room was not good. Toilet was loose and moved around
Bathroom faucet made noise and didn’t have pressure
Tub had many black marks and molding was falling apart

I was really disappointed when the front desk agent didn't seem concerned about assigning me a room under maintenance. It felt dismissive and frustrating. I understand mistakes happen, but when the agent said 'I swapped your room, why should I apologize?' it came across as arrogant and uncaring.
I know dealing with hotel guests can be stressful, but a little understanding and an apology can go a long way. Maintaining a list of unavailable rooms would help avoid these situations and improve the experience for everyone. I believe a more helpful approach would be to apologize for the inconvenience and offer alternative solutions. My hope is that the hotel can address this issue and ensure a more positive experience for future guests."

One notable drawback was the absence of locks on the bathroom doors. This was a surprising oversight that compromised the privacy and convenience of our stay. It would be highly beneficial for the management to address this issue promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
Another area that could use some attention is the breakfast spread. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, there was a noticeable lack of variety during breakfast hours. It would be great to see an expanded selection to cater to different preferences and dietary needs.
One particular incident left a sour taste in my mouth. During breakfast, I observed that there were limited options available, and to my surprise, the front desk staff seemed to be deliberately hiding the cream cheese. This behavior struck me as unprofessional and cheap, and it was disappointing to witness such actions from a hotel staff member. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy.

The property was quiet, my two issues or concerns were that our door knob handle seemed to be loose. The shower wasn’t cleaned thoroughly there was mold in the sliding shower door. Also only one trash can.
