This hotel is close to the airport and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. About 45 minutes from the theme parks. The area felt safe. The breakfast was good and plentiful, although only one toaster was working so there was a line for use. The rooms were adequate but the curtain didn’t quite close so there was a ***** of light from the street lamp that was bothersome. The pool is in the front of the hotel so visible from the highway. That was a bit strange and we opted not to use it.

For the rate i would have expected the hotel to be a bit more updated. Hall carpet is old and light sockets in the walls and the lamps are all loose. Not great when we have so many devices these days. Also they need a shower curtain that covers the whole shower not just the middle. Amazingly water didnt get everywhere but it was uncomfortable. Beds though were comfortable and had lots of pillows. Choose this location due to proximity to the airport and because hotel is pet friendly. Check in was quick and easy.

Upon checking in, i was ignored by a male behind the counter for nearly 5 minutes befire the manager came through and asked if i had been helped yet. When i told him no, he told the gentleman to help me check in. I was welcomed with a bad attitude and negativity when trying to check in. When we got into our room the first glance was nice. Cleaner then another hotel we previously stayed at. Until we shut the door and there was over an inch gap where you could see through. The curtain was broken and would not shut. The shower curtain holder and curtain also were broken and water sprayed everywhere. The water was nice and hot though. There were small bugs like ants, that were everywhere. I would not recommend staying here although it is close to the airport. Not worth the grime. The night shift and room cleaners were very pleasant though

Average at best hotel. The pool is tiny and out by a high traffic road, pictures are deceiving. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Only one electrical socket worked to plug in my chargers. All the others, the plug fell out of the socket!!

Staff were friendly and good at the desk. Easy to get to hotel from airport, especially driving a rental through unknown streets at 11:00 PM. The elevator made disturbing scraping sounds and did not show the floor number inside the elevator. The tub faucet continually dripped. Breakfast was good.

RUN RUN RUN!!!! Since my sisters had a very early flight back home Saturday morning, and I live 3 hours away from the airport, we decided to stay at this location, as we had stayed here almost 7 years ago with no problems. First off, when paying for our stay, I presented cash to the young lady behind the counter who rudely stated "we don't take cash". No problem, no need for attitude, just handed her my credit card. Tiny ants/bugs in room on door knobs and counter tops in bathroom, air conditioner smelled like mold, busted toilet seat, plugs couldn't even be used to charge our phones. We had to place them on the countertop in bathroom as that was the only place the outlets worked. They sell snacks by the side of the reservation desk that you have to pay "cash only" for, but they have no way to give you change if you purchase anything as my sister had only $20.00 and the clerk rudely told her "well, I guess you can't buy anything". ?? Wonder if the vendor knows that they are losing money?? Not sure why 3 cleaning ladies were on our floor as our shoes kept sticking to the rugs as we walked and they looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for 7 years. When I went to go get coffee down in lobby before leaving, the clerk didn't even look up when I said good morning to him and the coffee station looked as if it hadn't been wiped down/cleaned for weeks. Yes, it's convenient to airport but if you want to bring home some friends in your luggage, then this is the place for YOU!!!!
