What an experience I had, this was a holiday to remember. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Ibiza rocks is just full of laughter. Ronon one of the staff members was very helpful showing us to our rooms helping us with other locations and always stopped for a conversation.

We didn't stay at the hotel but attended the pool party event for which we paid a lot of money. I had emails confirming all paid in full. A deposit was taken for the event and the remainder taken a month prior. When we arrived we were told we had 950 euro in credit for drinks so we chose the 950 euro drinks package (which was not a lot). Towards the end of the event we were approached by a member of staff with a card machine saying we owed almost another 300 euro. They said it was for the pool beds bit email confirmed we had already paid for those. We didn't have any extra drinks and I had to dispute this. Staff quickly turned on us and were rude for the rest of the evening. I have complained but heard nothing back. Amazing venue and great djs but can't help but feel they prey on people after they've had a drink to get extra money with no understanding what it's for. Kind of ruined our last couple of hours there.....

Stayed here for 2 nights last weekend. We had a Stage view room and it was awesome, deffo worth paying the little bit extra. Overlooking the pool venue, music pumping, whilst getting ready. Got us in the mood for Switch Disco. Room basic, but clean. Sleeps 3. All towels provided. There is a fridge in the room but ours unfortunately wasn’t working, so bag of ice in the sink did the trick. There is a supermarket on site which was handy. There is also a safe, free of charge. It did get loud sometimes at night with people coming back but just stick some ear plugs in or drink loads and just sleep through it. Was pleasantly surprised with the age range, thought it would be full of youngsters but glad to see everyone enjoying themselves. Will definitely be back :)

Best hotel! The staff was lovely and helpful from the moment we got there until the very last day and the events were amazing and the drinks are reasonably priced! We overall had a very good experience at this hotel and event venue. Will definitely be returning!

Me and my boyfriend have just stayed here for 2 nights in the middle of May. Perfect time to stay as the hotel wasn’t too busy, I can imagine in June onwards it would be very busy! We stayed in a basic room which has everything you need, which sleeps up to 3 people. We got this for a cheap price so I wasnt expecting anything great but it was better than I thought & you aren’t really in your room much whilst there anyway! All of the staff are the friendliest people and cannot do enough for you. Shout out to Rosario 🥰 Ps go to the chill out pool early if you want a sun lounger/bed to sunbathe on :-)

Kicked out after day 1. very dissapointed but was able to find a nicer place in bossa for less. too many security and too many rules here. i was politely asked to leave but ive had no refund or apology. more security than in ushuia. most people are scottish in this hotel

Wow, me and my boyfriend just came back from this hotel and it was an amazing stay but was made even better thanks to Roy, he was very helpful and gave us loads of recommendations on where to go and where to eat, he was joking with us and made us feel so comfortable! Would definitely come back thanks to him. Thank you for everything Roy ! ❤️

Me and my friend came to ibiza for our 30th birthdays. The welcome drink was tiny but nonetheless a nice touch. We booked a basic room and had a very lovely surprise when we arrived at our stage view room! The only issue with our room was that the fridge did not look or smell clean and the shower goes from hot to cold alot. However, we could not find any other faults with our room or time at ibiza rocks. The cappuccinos are a must if you need some caffiene to kick start the day! Nice variety of music/events and the added bonus that we could enjoy it all from our terrace. I liked that there were different options for late checkout which we were able to arrange easily. We will definitely be back again!
