Reception slowly ! The room wasn’t ready on time I was waiting for my room 30min after 2pm because wasn’t ready ,the swimming pool needed refurbishment, the water is dirty, inside the swimming pool wall you can see is dirty and disgusting , the room is clean, bothroom is clean but the shower head is damaged the water come out from the all said cable need maintenance.

A lovely hotel and well located. Value for money

As toalhas são tiradas à cada 3 dias, em noites e 5 dias trocaram as toalhas 1 vez, pedimos para arrumar o quarto e foi arrumado uma única vez, sendo que a arrumação foi puxar os lençóis para cima, não tiraram os lixos que estavam no caixote, deixando os dois caixotes completamente cheios de lixo dos 4 dias. A vista da varanda era a das fotografias, tínhamos uma pastilha elástica no comando do ar condicionado, no dia que chegamos tínhamos a sanita cheia de fezes (que não vou obviamente colocar a fotografia) e uma lente de contacto no chão da casa de banho. As toalhas que nos deixaram estava uma delas cheia de buracos, os lençóis gastos e uma das almofadas da cama tinha uma mancha. Ao jantar apesar da meia pensão não há direito a nenhuma bebida, nem mesmo a água (3€ a garrafa de água) e é logo cobrado o valor. É impossível dormir porque as pessoas não têm respeito nenhum, batem as postas à qualquer hora, gritam nos corredores a noite toda e os funcionários não chamam ninguém a atenção e nem exigem silêncio. A localização é boa, mas a limpeza deixa muito a desejar.

Habitación moderna, baño con ducha grande. También tiene una terraza para poder sent****. Volvería a repetir.

arrived at our hotel and checked into our room in july 2023 for 1 week, baring in mind paying £1200 for this. the room was disgusting had an awful smell of damp on the bedding. floors were dirty. bed was snapped, stains on the wall at the door, toilet disgusting and room looked as if it was from 1970s, riddled with ants. went to complain and told i cannot receive a refund, offered me another room which i went into which was again riddled with ants eating something on the floor and a horrific smell of ants and dirty fabric chairs 🤢 and bugs in bathroom, i then went down again to be handed another room which was a premium which i was told that was no extra cost, was clean and basic but at the end of our stay we then realised this room to was also riddled with ants. this is basic hygiene. Do Not reccomend this hotel in anyway shape or forme, the food is disgusting cheap and tasteless this was with being self catering. the pool was black and dirty if you went in there you were definetly coming home i’ll. also with the small pool out of bounds but no sign giving you awareness. the lounge area in the hotel had a horrific mouldy i pleasant smell coming off the fabric sofas. the walls are paper thin and can hear every conversation. i do not reccomend staying at this hotel. the pictures on here and *********** look nothing alike to the hotel itself.

Checked in an hour late, also asked for a room request and didn’t get it (but that was to be expected). First room we was given the air-con was leaking out all over the floor and completely flooded the room we went down and told them and they said ‘someone will be right up’ waited and nothing happened and also the water damage to the room it wasn’t fixable. We then was given another room the curtain rail was then pulled off its hinges. Staff also let many people willingly take ***** (I know it’s Ibiza) but some families stayed and they saw and heard people doing it on balconies etc. The shower was either cold and the pressure was dead. There was a €1 charge on all drinks for the cup then the staff would collect them quickly so you wasn’t able to return for your money back as it was refundable. No drink table service in restaurant at dinner had to go to the bar. REALLY NOISY guests but obviously to be expected PAPER thin walls. Would say that the premium rooms aren’t at all. There are a few with terraces as described when booked and there was no way of us getting one so we was disappointed also there is NO fridge as described. IT’s described as a VIBE hotel so if you want to relax this isn’t the place for you it’s full of young people. (Which we was fine with as we are young ourselves) Positives Food was pretty good variety of choices for dinner. Breakfast was he same every day and hash browns only on two days. Maid service was very attentive also. Wouldn’t recommend this as a couple or family but a good cheap option for groups.

We came in Oct 2023 for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. We had a premium room with our own sun terrace and it was wonderful. Good selection of food on offer for both breakfast and dinner and the Mojitos cocktails were fantastic 👌. Location is ideal with the bus station right beside the hotel and on 5 minute walk to the main ***** with plenty of bars and restaurants. Will definitely be returning and would fully recommend to family and friends.

Overall the hotel was okay, majority of the staff were accommodating. There was plenty of sun beds and seating in the shade if needed. However on two different occasions the electricity in the room went off (lights/plug sockets) inconveniently at a time whilst we was getting ready to go out for tea. On the second occasion I went down to reception to make the staff aware where a staff member rudely told me she already knew about it as the whole of floor 3 had no electricity and would sort it when she wasn’t busy, the lights then were turned back on 40 minutes after they originally went off, which was 20 minutes after we alerted staff! We also on several occasions we’re left with no towels in the room after cleaning, the cleaners would take our old towels and not replace that with the new ones, luckily we had brought our own towels so this wasn’t a massive issue for us The hotel is in walking distance to lots of restaurants/shops and even a mini golf bar which is located outside! We was half board, there was a nice selection of cereals/toast/English breakfast/pancakes. It wasn’t the best breakfast but the selection was very good! We also had many encounters with people openly doing doing balloons on balcony’s and round the pool. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue for me but hearing balloon canisters at both 4am and 8am most mornings was the not the ideal wake up Overall I think the hotel was standard for a 3 star rating and we did enjoy the majority of the stay!
