Firstly, let me say this ... whoever took the photos of this hotel and edited them deserves a pay rise because they are a genius. I'm not even angry about the fact I paid almost 600 euros to stay here for a few nights, I'm disappointed at the fact the owners of this hotel can get away with being so deceitful. The photos you see online, in my opinion are not of the hotel you will be staying at if you book here. I've added some photos to this review which will show you what the hotel actually looks like, if you can even call it a hotel. Before I continue, I will say that the staff on reception, and the cleaning staff in general are really good, in fact they did they're absolute best to accommodate us when everything started to go wrong. I blame the management and owners of this hotel entirely. To cut to the chase: We travelled with a large group of people and upon arrival were given our rooms. The majority of the air conditioning units did not work and other rooms were offered, however those units didn't either and instead banged and clanged and spat out ice all over the floor multiple times. One member of our group couldn't get another room so had to sleep with his HEAD IN THE FRIDGE to cool down. I am not making this up, nor could you if you tried. There were cupboards hanging off the wall, the rooms were dark and dingy, the hotel is SO noisy that someone closing a door two floors up sounds like a gun shot, not to mention the fact the walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything going on up and down the hotel. I found it incredibly hard to sleep at this hotel, as people were coming and going at all hours which made it unbearable at times. The window in our room didn't shut or lock properly and the reception staff are very clear on keeping your valuables inside the room safe ... I wonder why when the windows don't lock. The beds are solid as a rock, the pillows are like biscuits and every piece of furniture in the rooms is dated and grubby. Overall, the management of this place should be utterly ashamed of themselves for allowing people to hand over their money to stay here. Pay a little bit more and stay elsewhere, I really wish we had done.

The rooms have everything you need, great location and lovely staff. We did have an issue with the aircon but which we told the receptionist but this was quickly resolved as she gave us a fan till the maintenance guy came which we was more than happy with. The receptionist that checked us in was lovely and very helpful! We stayed in room 308 from 30th Aug - 2nd Sept. We didn’t want to leave! 5 stars from us, will definitely be retuning to the hotel next year! :)

The hotel is a great location, within walkable distance to main amenities. The property could benefit from a bit of refresh and the room we got was slightly too smal for 3 guests. Reception team was amazing and extremely helpful.

Basic rooms but cozy ,equipped with everything you might need for a short holiday...fridge, microwave, The location couldn't be better,close to everything: bars , restaurants, sunset *****, beach. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and answering all our questions.

Had a great stay here, we loved all the conditions and the staff, especially Claudia was very nice and helpful. The location was close to everything we needed, and also our room had the best view. Can't wait to come back again very soon hopefully

Really good location, spacious rooms, staff are friendly and always happy to help! Lucia was great. Vending machines available for snaps and cold drinks. We did have a room with no balcony but wasnt too much of a problem. Would recommend to groups of people or couples!

First time and Ibiza and i Will definitely come back! Claudia and Lucia are the nicest receptionists ive ever met! They are really fun to talk to and recommended me really cool places around the island!

Best Holiday ever! I've stayed here for 6 nights and everything has been amazing. The reception staff is lovely, super friendly always willing to help. Lucia and Claudia from reception are just lovely. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has got everything you need. I will be coming back for sure
