For a 3 star hotel this hotel really goes above and beyond , excellent location 20 yards from sandy beach , immaculately clean through out the hotel , rooms are what you would expect, nice balcony modern bathroom and very comfortable beds , restaurant food was plentiful amd a good variety, staff were friendly and welcoming , pool area was great with a wide selection of sunbeds or rattan furniture. We had a really excellent stay there and as we were only half board when settling our room bill the night before out transfer home which was the very early time of 5.30 the receptionist informed us if we came down at 5 there would be a breakfast and coffee and juice available which when we've been all-inclusive have never had this offered on an early departure, this rounded our stay off perfectly , I would definitely rate thi s hotel at least 4 stars

Beach bar is in the most perfect situation and is very welcoming. That said we visit most evenings on our way out or on the way back at night. The music is always head banging rock music which apparently the waiters who serve can pick it themselves so play only music which fits their taste. As the waiters are paid employees of Veronica they should play to the clientele not for their own amusement . A complaint to the hotel reception was not well received by the lady on reception who kept asking if we were residents. As this is a bar for the public this was irrelevant. The young man seemed to be more interested in our complaint but whether anything will change is anyone’s guess. The lack of people drinking at night is a clear sign that something is amiss. We have been coming to this bar for the last fifteen years and during this time have seen many changes including getting rid of the d j who use to play each evening and the bar was full. I appreciate times change but music is universal and should be varied. We are not all eighteen year old headbangers and at this time of year the eighteen year olds are not to be seen.

24.08.16-23 - 4 friends NEGATIVE: It is completely unacceptable that the air conditioner did not work (there is no normal air conditioner installed in the hotel, there is a central air conditioner, which is not very good when it is working, because it cannot be adjusted, it blows from the hole under the ceiling, which flows directly into the person's face. It is not very healthy . It was about 35 degrees Celsius during the day. There were no refrigerators in the rooms, water was available at the hotel for €4/L. We only got free water for breakfast. People couldn't sleep or rest, they put the mattress on the balcony at night so they could get some sleep. I read the comments and saw that there was no air conditioning even on August 5th. Compared to that, when we asked about it on Saturday (08.17), they said that it was broken and that no maintenance staff was working on the weekend, but they would take care of it as soon as possible. Nothing happened, in the end they offered a €50/person coupon that could be used to buy a drink. It's a shame that they allow themselves to do this and don't even inform you upon arrival or before. I wouldn't have gone to this hotel if I knew that. Also: There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only for a fee. Very few people speak/understand English, except at reception. POSITIVE: close to the see, the beach is great, clean, white sand. If you want to free place, it worth going at early morning otherwise you cannot find any sunbed and ambrella. The pool is also clean and comfortable. The rooms are very small but modern, there was cleaning every day. The most of the staff were friendly.

Stayed here on 5th August with my son and it was great. Absolutely perfect location. Food was great and pool was perfect for us. Didn't expect to pay for drinks at dinner though as I booked breakfast and dinner and never known drinks not to be included at other hotels. Only down point is the air con and WiFi .. I always make sure a hotel has them both when I book... hotel only had air-con in 1 certain area so everyone was waiting for these tables to become free in day and evening everywhere else was really warm. The WiFi you have to pay for on arrival which I didn't know about and also it was a shame there wasn't more entertainment considering its the summer holidays.

The staff are amazing and always professional. Food often is tepid. Is the main thing I would fault it on as overall it was really good. Foam mattress doesn't suit me but that's just me. I had a terrible return flight time very very early middle of the night pick up and was offered a sandwich and fruit and coffee I thought it was a lovely gesture.

I stayed at Hotel Veronica from 16 to 24 July with my wife. We have been to several hotels in Mallorca before, but after this holiday we know we will be returning to this one forever. Beautiful surroundings, delicious and varied food, lovely professional staff. A special mention must go to Virgilio, who not only made us feel like special guests, but added to the Spanish spirit of our holiday. We have never felt so well and professionally treated before. Definitely the best holiday!!!

Lovely hotel on the beach. Hotel was clean, rooms clean and a bit small. Pool was lovely. A few steps to the beach. Beach was busy and water clean and warm. For 2 nights there was an entertainment, nice touch. Food was plentiful, always many to choose from.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff is very friendly and always tries their best despite the fact alot of tourists speak to them in their native languages (not even a bit in english) from what we saw/heard. The food service was the biggest surprise - i have never experienced such nicely prepared buffet food with so many variations each day with some twists and changes. Bar was perfect aswell - even though the cocktails were premade - i dont think there is a way for them not to be because there are so many customers that its impossible to make it in short time. If we will ever have a chance , we will stay in this hotel! Cheers from Czech republic.

we called into the beach bar at the front of the hotel which is open for everyone on the way back to our hotel the protur playa, I order 2 large san miqeuls at the bar and was served by the bar manager who charged me 8.8 euros, he put the receipt into a bin at the bar, when we had finished our drink we thought we would have another one and looked at the drinks menu at the table and noticed that our bill should have been 7 euros, we then left the bar .the next day I went to the hotel reception and queried the difference speaking to 2 receptionists' I explained that I wasn't bothered about having the difference returned and to donate it to a charity if the mistake was rectified by the hotel .if you use this bar just check out the bill before you pay it, in the protur playa you received an invoice for everything as you ordered it.
