Told us to come in at a certain time we called twice. Rqo different people told us same thing, then when we arrive we are told to comw back 3 hes later cuz there isnt anything

The TV is my room never worked my entire stay. I told the front desk twice about it and it was never fixed. When I checked out I told them the TV never worked the entire time and they didn't say anything.

First let me say that they property was very clean and they rooms were nice, however the staff is not friendly. Upon arrival the staff was less than friendly and placed us in a room on the first floor right next to the “breakfast room”. The guest were extremely noise until 3:00am sounding like they were in the room with us. The staff did not address. At 5:00 am the start prep for the breakfast… extremely loud! When we went to check out the front desk person ignored me for a period of time. Again nice rooms and very clean, but not friendly and worst not ever.
