Nice accommodation, location is perfect! Service is outstanding👍

Room was tiny and very old, shower door was only half way on. Great location and great from the outside, they just seriously need to remodel their rooms.

We loved our stay at Hotel Milo! Everyone from the front desk to the valet were so friendly and helpful. We loved the complimentary bikes - what a fun way to see the gorgeous scenery of Santa Barbara! The hotel is central and within walking distance of so much - the harbor, the wharf, State Street, and so many restaurants/shops. The cozy firepits around the property are a great way to end the night as well. Highly recommend and we hope to get back to Santa Barbara to stay here again!

You can’t ask for a better location! Walking distance close to many shops and dining options. Rooms were comfortable and beds great. Service was top notch. Roman and Nate at the front desk were super helpful and the valet team made access to our vehicle super efficient. While the hotel itself is large, each building has a secluded, bungalow feel with easy access to pools. We will be back to this charming location.

An amazing hotel at an incredible location. Literally steps from the beach and near outstanding shops, resturaunts and bars! I love this hotel and will recommend it to all my friends and family! The hotel staff are not only friendly they are professional and attentive to the needs of their guests. I was taken extremely good care of and witnessed so many other interactions to reveal impeccable service! Bravo team Hotel Milo! Love you all very much amd plan to be back for many years to come!

The staff and valet were friendly, but the rooms were not even close to how they advertise it. Very very small rooms and bathrooms. I got my mom the premium ocean view king room and the view is cut off and not a great view of the beach. She also slipped getting out of the tub because there were no hand rails, and the showers only have half a glass panel…weird. When using the sink, there would be a funky, sulfuric smell. Also the shower’s hot water would only work a couple minutes at a time. We got 2 rooms here because the pictures on their website looked nice, but we feel like we got hustled. The pictures now seem like they’re heavily enhanced or edited. And it would be nice if they allowed self parking on their lot, but they charge $32 a day for valet service. This place is more of a Motel than a hotel.

Everything about this place is amazing! Especially the staff. Every. Single. Staff. Member was kind, conscientious and eager to help. They all seem so happy! Starting with the warmth and kindness of Zoe, the front desk manager and Roman working the front desk! These people made us feel so taken care of. The valets were so sweet and helpful. The housekeeping staff were so kind and eager to help. Our family suite overlooking the garden was so beautiful! We could see boats in the ocean. The fire pits were plentiful and so cozy. The flowering vines and butterflies around the property added to the magic. And the pool! It was warm, inviting and clean. Location can’t be beat. We’re so grateful to all the staff and to everyone who keeps up this beautiful place. We created many memories we will treasure forever. PS. I’m posting this review in other places too in hopes that other hotels will be inspired by the Milo’s example of hospitality.

Hey All , Hope everyone is doing great . The property is great , big ,very clean in front of ocean .the is my permanent address in Santa Babra Comfort : it’s very very good , upgraded to suite thanks for the reception staff which were very supportive and very polite. the deluxe rooms are also very nice . There is a coffee machine in the room and also at reception they have filter coffee with hot water cold water, tea coffee in morning timings and water round the clock . Outdoor. Good sitting area with fire in the night , u can enjoy drinks . Lot of open space .pool is clean Reception : equipped with chips, wine , liquor, food , water all paid with decent prices.

Cleanliness :rooms , bathroom , sitting area 100% clean and hygienic . Toiletries :Very Good Quality products (L'Occitane )

Staff :Very polite and supportive. Always there to help u . Location : its good clean , in front of ocean and near good restaurants (10min walk), close to SBA station 5 min walk Charging for EV : Un sure as Parking : they do have parking space with extra cost but they can waive off as they are very good . Suggestion : suite for family as they have 2 rooms . The normal rooms are good and can accommodate 2 adults with 2 kids below 10 years Stay: minimum stay 4 nights according to me. Booking : you can do directly ,or via agent ,online.
