Absolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust.The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.

One trip over one month I stayed in 10 hotels and this was absolutely the best! I got the ocean view room that came with a huge balcony and huge bathroom as well. Very luxurious hotel, great location, nice staff and very comfortable. The only thing I would ask for is having a coffee machine in each rooms, or at least in the upgraded rooms! Highly recommend!!

酒店真的漂亮且有品位，房間標準但衞生間挺大，酒店位置好雖然不在最熱鬧的碼頭區域，非常喜歡下次來還會選它

酒店房間較大，雙床房較大床房更寬大，而且床也很大，比較舒適。酒店大堂每天早上10點以前有免費咖啡供應，很受歡迎。

Everyone who works here is soooo nice. We had a great stay here! Especially the super nice guy who parked our car. Would stay again for sure!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. And it was walking distance to the pier.

Really close to the beach, so it is nice to take a walk to enjoy sunset and sunrise. Also the furnitures and appliance are better than I expected. Worth the $$

Nice inn feeling unlike a large brand hotel. Right on the water. Walkable to the wharf and State street shops. We enjoyed our stay.
