Nothing like the pictures online. The facility was dingy, you can tell it is not kept up with. I honestly wouldnt stay again. However the lady preparing the breakfast and one cleaning lady were very nice.

The Comfort Inn Santa Fe is in a good location but is old and in need of update. From what I observed, carpets and furniture in the hotel are worn, and some air conditioning units don't work. On the other hand, the rooms appeared to be clean, and the hotel staff still did their best to accommodate guests. In my case they assisted with an air conditioning issue by upgrading me to a larger (suite) room. The breakfast was also very good, so that overall my stay was pleasant.

The staff were friendly. The pool was closed and it looked green. The property is ok, just nothing stands out. Would I stay here again, yes, just know that it's a basic hotel with nothing fancy.

Hot breakfast from 6-9am. Attendant at the desk was helpful with restaurant directions. All went well.

The bathroom walls and shower curtain arm needs some updating. But other than that is was comfortable.

We were staying here due to a family emergency that turned into a death in the family. The manager was very kind with us and the hotel was great.
Only minor complaints. Only 5 lb dumbbells in the fitness center and many of the TV channels didn't work.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed almost 15 days and only had maid service once.

I've enjoyed the pool. But the hottub wasn't working. The front desk wasn't helpful in finding us a king size bed because we made reservation from a third party.
