No me mato mucho, pero es buen hotel. Muy lindo por fuera. Las habitaciones muy antiguas.

Room is outdated compared to Estelar Alto Prado with a more modern room, Washington Plaza and Estelar Bocagrande

Worst stay i had in my entire life anywhere in the world. This place really hates foreigners. The staff is rude and mean. First of all they charged me a 300 000 tax once my colombian wife arrived later in the day (2 night stay ).
Staff at the pool wouldnt let us use the available beach bed while locals where using all the others ones cause they said it might be raining soon ( clear sky without a single cloud )
Pool was closed !!!
Then...
They told us it was karaoke night at the resort bar and then we got REFUSED entry cause they said " there is too many people ".
It wasnt even full and some people were living as we arrived and they still didnt let us in. Couldnt use spa either or get a massage cause their spa service was fully booked for the 3 days we were there. For an hotel that expensive they should be totally ashamed of the service this hotel has given me. DISGUSTING

The staff are all excellant and hard working, but something just isnt right with service. You have to wait ages to catch a waiter then it takes forever for the drinks etc to arrive. They also have a stupid system where they take your order and room no then sometime through out the day you get the bill to sign.

Good hotel on the beach, large rooms, good pools, we had a corner ocean front suite with great views to the beach and mountains, two balconies.
Missing kitchen towels, paper tissues, face towels and coffee (you can buy it at their mini market), also they don't have courtesy bottles of water.

In general the property and the overall experience was good. The check in and check out are crowded and disorganized. The staff (check in and check out) does not provide accurate information.
