Pure Salt Port Adriano - Adults Only

We loved this hotel so much after our first visit in June we booked again straight away for July. Unfortunately I got taken into hospital with a nasty bite infection so we had to cancel that one but went a week and a half later in August. We have also now booked for next June, that's how much we love this place It is beautifully kept, inside and out and always smells incredible. The staff go above and beyond to help and we're so happy to see us again. Our first room was the Renaissance room set in the half moon above the pool. Wonderfully spacious room with a triangle shaped balcony with views across the main pool to the Port Adriano. Our second room was the Renaissance swim up room , again stunning room huge room with again two massive built in tv's. Both rooms had wonderful bathrooms with separate toilet and shower and jacuzzi bath, double sinks and wonderful lighting. The swim up rooms have beds in the water which is a brilliant idea, as well as the usual sun loungers and table and chairs on the terrace. We did have a major ant problem in the swim up room one day but the staff were right on it and sorted out straight away and kept checking to ensure the little blighters hadn't come back. I had only one minus to say and that was the room service. The first time we ordered it took an hour and half and was wrong, but to give a positive they took that off our final bill, 2nd time did take a long time, 3rd time I actually went to reception and ordered the food and it was in our room within half an hour, so did get better. The breakfasts are absolutely amazing with a massive choice and again the staff so happy And helpful. Overhaul Overall our complaints were tiny and were dealt with very well, that's why we hv booked again. Would also recommend the spa 👌

An excellent adults only hotel with a great location. Looking into the marina. The staff were very attentive. The room and all facilities were spotless. A fantastic spa and gym. The only reason we would not go again is the outdoor pool that is not heated. It was freezing. In the week we were there only 2 people used the swimming pool. This should have been highlighted pre our visit. We were told that they never heat the pool and if we wanted to swim we could use the spa. Well we do not go on hols to swim in a spa!

Absolute bliss, staff, David, and Maria are so kind, and full of information, where to visit, eat, and I saw David today, her never stopped cleaning, refreshing, sorting out sun beds, umbrellas, jugs of iced water, he must have been worn out, but he was so professional he greeted us with a smile, and looked so professional and pristine! Maria sorted out our room, there is nowhere in the world I would rather be right now! Thank you! Gail & P.

Our second visit to this beautiful hotel & we weren’t disappointed. From the moment our taxi drew up at the door the staff were friendly, helpful & attentive. The hotel is clean, as to be expected for a 5 star establishment, our room, superior deluxe, was spacious with a comfortable bed, separate seating area, large bathroom with walk in shower & bath, a balcony with a magnificent view, two loungers, a table & 2 chairs. We were half board. The breakfast, buffet style, with plenty of choice & an egg station. Evening meals were outstanding. In addition to the main menu there were daily starter & main course specials so plenty to choose from. The food was also freshly made to order so again the meal was not rushed which added to the experience. One lovely touch was the chocolate eggs & hens placed in our room as we ere staying over Easter. There is not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel so it is the ideal location to simply relax. I would have no hesitation in recommending this fine hotel.

Probably the best hotel we have stayed in, an excellent advert for the Pure Salt chain. The staff did really make this stay enjoyable, stress free and a truly positive experience. Judit, David and all the team (just too many to mention) left nothing to chance, and their attention to detail plus positive interactions are a credit to them and the management. The hotel has a wide and varied choice of food which was top quality, whilst the restaurant was set overlooking the infinity pool, Port Adriano itself and of course the sea. The attention to detail in regard to housekeeping was again five star, with staff preparing the bed in the evening plus replenishing fresh chilled water for the night. There are plenty of sun beds and again the pool staff will replenish pillows and towels and will be proactive in doing this. The spar was luxurious and the treatments excellent. This was truly a five star experience and we will be visiting again.

We had a lovely relaxing week at this gorgeous hotel. All the staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. A special mention to Jamie who spent a lot of time with us helping us set up the electric car hire which the hotel offers. We thought this was a great idea and would have struggled to do this on our own without Jamie's help. It was also lovely to practice my Spanish with Daniel the pool attendant. It was a pleasure to talk to the hotel manager who clearly takes a pride in the running of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice with freshly cooked options and such a beautiful setting to sit and eat outside with the stunning view across the bay. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the marina which was very useful, especially on hot evenings saving the walk back up the hill. The rooms were beautifully furnished and cleaned every day to a high standard. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting it again one day.

From arrival with a air conditioning car from the airport organised by the hotel nothing was too much trouble Reception excellent & always manned Made use of the free shuttle to the port Excellent breakfast buffet with cava included Bar menu available during the day & dinner was excellent The room was superb separate shower & balcony The housekeeping staff were on hand to replace towels water beverages The pool bar was excellent & pool area with ample seating Plenty of choices of restaurants close by The staff were superb in every department Are looking to book again next year in a swim up room

This is the best hotel we have visited in Majorca. The staff are amazingly attentive. The room we had was perfect. It had a large terrace which for us was great because we do not sit in the direct sunshine. Breakfast is as good as it gets and is served until 11.00 am which is unusual. The only annoyance was the lunch menu which we felt was limited and unsuitable. The evening dinner menu was excellent although I have read that a 3 course set menu is also available but this was not offered to us. All of the restaurants in the marina are terrific if a little expensive but hey who cares.

Amazing! Beautiful hotel, food first class and staff outstanding. Nothing too much trouble, they go above and beyond. Bed so comfortable, swim up well worth the extra to be able to cool off as and when. Breakfast one of the best I’ve had. The view at dusk watching the boats come back was wonderful . I’ll be back in May for a longer trip.
