El personal del hotel es muy amable y todos los servicios son muy correctos para el precio que pagamos.

Bel hotel bien situé à coté d'une belle grande plage. Accueil agréable, personnel souriant.Personnel du service restauration très sympa. Dommage que le jacuzzi n'était pas en route.Beau buffet varié par contre je trouve qu'il n'est pas normal que l'on doive payer l'eau quand on paye la demi-pension ! Nous avons était dans d'autres hotels de Majorque où l'eau , les sodas et le vin était en libre service. Juste coté piscine, le fait que beaucoup de personnes réservent leurs transats dès 7 h du matin en posant des serviettes sans être présents, du coup, plus de possibilité de s'installer autour de la piscine après notre petit-déjeuner , la direction de l'hotel devrait l'interdire !

Too much we did not like as others have said before. Check in slow Receptionist surly Dining room chaotic Breakfast taken away at 10.00 on the dot even though the breakfast hours are until 10.00. Staff physically stopping guests from passing for more hot water! Hand up...shouting NO at guests. We only went once...again chaotic. No proper tea, leaky teapots, water from 1 ancient old urn! Main bar is expensive. The Sky bar is much cheaper- why??? There is an extra sun terrace on Level 5. Nobody seems to use it. No poolside service for anything. The hotel has a good location, rooms are large but ours had only side sea view but we paid for sea view. Some rooms are refurbished some are old. Very few walk in showers. Lots of hot water abd good shower heads. We found the staff to be unfriendly and we won't be back to any Bahia hotel. This hotel needs a new manager and a huge amount of changes made to all services! There are many German guests. Written notices were put up only in German. The pool is unheated and there are not many sunbeds and no proper umbrellas. We enjoyed Santa Ponsa but although on half board we ate out almost all of the time.

Very clean modern hotel with helpful staff. Indoor pool for those colder days . Rooftop bar . Nice rooms with a fridge once you realise it’s there 🙈😂cleaned every day . Close to beach and bars / restaurants , shops . Would definitely go back to this hotel

Had a very enjoyable stay bedroom beautiful very modern decor found most staff to be very helpful check in receptionist ,entertainment Patrick bar staff /waitertresses except two night time bar staff left me waiting and served others who arrived to bar after me.Live music was excellent ,girl vocalists very engaging with the crowd and kept the a**osphere very lively.

Lovely hotel and amenities rooms very nice and clean we had breakfast every morning which was delicious. Now the reason for the one star! At 4pm today our last night we came back to our room to find the whole block had no electricity or water. We were told by staff who had obviously been given a script that it would be resolved in two hours. It is now 10pm we have had to walk up 5 flights of stairs as the lifts aren’t working. We have a taxi booked at 230am and when I asked the manager how we could get down the stairs with our luggage, his unbelievable response was, use the torch on your mobile phone!!!! There are people on this block a lot less able bodied than us and they are not doing a thing to help anyone. I am absolutely appalled by the customer care and the manager’s attitude. I will never step foot in this hotel again. Please ignore my previous review

Stayed here for 7 nights from 16th April. Lovely hotel well layed out, great swimming pool and lounging area, a very nice sun deck on 5th floor, very quite. Indoor swimming pool was lovely and warm. Our room was on 5th floor facing main pool, great view of the bay. Room was good, comfortable and nice balcony to sit on of an evening. Powerful shower and plenty of hot water. There was a good size fridge. ( would be nice if there was a kettle in room to make hot drinks) Was a little worried when reading reviews about food. I don't understand why though, as food was very good with plenty of choice, Chinese night was prob my favourite. Location of hotel is great, just couple mins from beach and its a lovely beach too. Lots of restaurants and bars near by, will definitely come back again

After reading the reviews, I felt cautious about staying here with my boys. However, we had an amazing time during our 5 ngt stay. Positives - location was close to beach, shops and bus stops (123 to Palmanova/Magaluf, 122 to port d’Antratz as well as bus to Palma/airport). Our room 201 was great for us, very spacious and clean with well positioned balcony overlooking pool. Fresh towels daily. Powerful, hot shower. We had a double room and I had been a bit sceptical about how that was going to work with 3 of us, but we got 2 single beds and sofa bed (my boys are 9 and 12) and this configuration worked fine. Small fridge was useful for cold drink storage. Pools were both great. Yes the outdoor one was cold but quiet as a consequence so that suited us! Indoor one was warm, with lovely sauna too. Jacuzzi was out of order whilst we were there sadly as this would have been another great hit with the children! Food was all great for us - a plentiful choice of approx 4 varied meats and 2 fish dishes every night with carbs and salad/veg/fruits. We ate well here but acknowledge the fact the food isn’t as hot as it could be due to the help yourself set up. We sat at different tables in the dining room and the children liked that variation. Breakfast had plenty of options too but perhaps not quite as much as other hotels I’ve stayed in. Roof top bar on level 6 was very lovely and worth a visit for the views as a minimum! Negatives - no tea/coffee making facilities in room but kettle can be hired for 10 euros. Safe in wardrobe but usage chargeable too. As per other reviews, water chargeable at evening meals (2.90 euros for 50cl) if only half board, but of course, free at breakfast along with hot drinks and juices. Taking your own drinks in the dining room was strictly forbidden. Air con was not turned on in April (I asked at reception but it was still classed as low season) and it was too hot for us so we left balcony door open for air circulation! Fridge was noisy (buzzing) so we turned it off overnight. Entertainment limited but that was fine for us. Sun beds surrounding outdoor pool always had towels on them but no one there… same old story but for the bar area had plenty of chairs and tables which we used instead. Bike hire from the hotel is for professionals rather than for novice/fun use! Overall, we had an excellent, great value for money holiday. My friend and her girls loved it too. Staff were accommodating in placing us up the corridor from one another, which was welcomed. We visited the jungle parc (10 min walk from hotel) and it was amazing for the kids! At 15 euros each, that was money well spent! We did a nice 2hr glass bottom boat trip from Santa ponsa, inc 15 min to slide off boat in to the sea (45 euros for 1 ad and 2 ch). Also visited Palmanova (beaches there seemed much cleaner than santa ponsa) and we hired bikes there. Port d’Antratz was beautiful and worthy of a visit too.
