Dwo Sirius - Adults Only

房間寬敞，食物水準挺高。泳池很小，對我來説不是問題。 員工和藹可親，總體服務滿意。下次會再來。

Me and my partner (Both 23) stayed here for 7 days. We paid extra for an upgraded room with aircon and were located on the 1st floor. The rooms were as described, large and clean. They will only change your towels if you place the sign outside your door. The bed however was just two smaller ones pushed together which could've been better but we knew this before going so no disappointment. A deposit is required to use the safe in the room, this was 10 euro's and you get given a lock and a key. There's a hairdryer in the room and a kettle is available to rent. The fridge in the room is small and does not have a freezer section. The Pool area opens at 9 and people will queue beforehand. If you are not there for this time you will not get a sunbed as there isn't enough beds to cater for the hotel. The beach is only a 5 minute walk at max and you can buy a parasol from a shop for around 12 euro's which will come in handy. If you are wanting to travel, the train station is roughly a 10-15 minute walk at it would cost us 24 euro's for a return trip to Barcelona together. Train will take just over an hour to get into Barcelona and runs every 30 minutes. However the last train back is quite early. There is also a car hire on the same road. Half Board meant that we had Breakfast and Dinner at the hotel and ate out for lunch. Breakfast had a variety of options with juices and hot drinks included. Dinner however was very hit and miss. Some nights there would be great options and others not so, which resulted in us eating out multiple nights. Drinks are not included at dinner and they will take an order from you when seated. You will then pay for them on the way out. There are many places to eat out near the hotel in which we never had a bad meal and all very reasonable priced. Cocktails are roughly around 8 - 12 euro's depending on where you go but very generous on the pouring. Overall we both had a good time here but we wouldn't go back.

Just got back from the most perfect week with my better half! We couldnt of asked for more, the hotel and rooms were spotless the location was perfect and the food was spot on, the staff were all friendly but especially a guy called Jairo working in the bars, he was soo friendly nothing was ever too much trouble and he had great knowledge of the local area! He made our week just that little bit better! We upgraded to club select and it was so worth it, mini bar in the room, sun loungers included on the beach and a beach bar, thank you to sirius but a special thank you again to Jairo a real credit and asset to sirius!

Very nice hotel. Good atmosphere, Rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms are big as wellness, its a pitty that there is not shower cabins in. The swimming pool is ok,maybe little too small for big hotel. Food is very good, different type. Meats from grill - fantastic.

First time solo travelling. I chose this hotel as it was adults only (16+) and I would say the majority was over 30 which is what I was hoping. Friendly staff. The room was nice although lacking a Mirror in the main room. Only mirror in the bathroom which was abit of a pain when trying to sort my hair out. The hairdryer in the bathroom didn’t work but looked like a half decent one. Luckily I always pack my travel hairdryer. (I will inform reception of this when I leave to ensure they get it sorted for the next person who stays in this room) Breakfast had lots of choice, hams, cheese, cereal, bread, baguettes, and all the essentials for a good fry up. The pool area is a good size and great view from the pool. I did struggle to get a sunbed when I went but I went in the pool and only waited around 10 minutes before one came free. The beach is 5 minute walk from the hotel but you can see it from the pool and I could see it from my balcony. No water in the room which is abit annoying. The hotel is close to lots of shops, restaurants and markets. The little open train is worth taking and amazing views for 5 euros. Malgrat de mar is around 20 minutes walk. Away. I personally wouldn’t come back but that is because I like to go somewhere new on my adventure. I’m not sure I would class this as a 4* but it is nice.

The emoloyers were really kind and funny. The meals were unforgetable and delicious. Everywhere was cleaned and the pool is clean too. I can only recomenden this hotel. We were so happy with all. We want to take back.

Rooms close to the road can be quite loud for a light sleeper. Staff was professional but a couple of times we were met with rudeness and silence.

wonderful hotel... very nice service, amazing views, beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea, clean, tidy, fresh food every day and a huge selection, every evening there are attractions in the form of concerts or performances, something different every day... I recommend it wholeheartedly... I I will definitely come back here again

If you want a seat by the pool you’ll need to wrestle your way through the pool side to get a deck chair. The ratio of chairs to guest is vastly out balanced. Very rarely will you be able to sit by the pool, if you’re not already there by 0900am. Keep your receipts! My partner and I were charged twice for drinks we had already brought. When we raised this to the manger we were made out to be liars and left embarrassed in the restaurant in front of other guests. If you give your opinion to the staff on how to make guest experience better, you will be quickly dismissed and told the negative experiences “didn’t happen” to you in the first place. A badly managed complaints procedure, sees the hotel not changing in the near future. The discourteous management seems to cascade down to all the other staff. Very rude holistically. You will pay a premium at the reception area on arrival, if you want your room cleaned and fresh towels for the duration of your stay. I would highly consider somewhere else to stay in the area as there is plenty competition.
