Hotel de los años 70 del siglo pasado, un viaje en el tiempo, al pasado, no wifi, no adaptado para minusválidos, las instalaciones desgastadas por el uso del tiempo no se han renovado, las habitaciones con la llaves antiguas de latón, el acceso por la puerta principal supone que se tengan que superar unos escalones imposibles para personas con movilidad reducida antes de poder acceder a un pre recibidor con un ascensor hasta la recepción. Las habitaciones con los muebles originales de mas de 50 años y la loseria del suelo desconchada por el tiempo, el baño, con grifos individuales para el agua caliente y fría, y para la manguera de la ducha y el grifo de la bañera, los sobretechos, repintados en blanco sobre placas de amianto, racholas de las pareces algunas de ellas rotas, En fin, un lugar para la nostalgia con la decadencia que el tiempo ha imprimido en sus instalaciones y en su ambiente. Lo único positivo, el acceso directo a la playa.

The worst so called 4 star I have ever seeing. You can't give more then 2 stars to this place. Very old and smelly rooms. Very rude barman at the bar . Staff are looking at you like if you owe them a fortune. Restaurant food ok and staff in the restaurant are friendly in all fearnes. Honestly don't be fooled it's not even close to 3 star . Night entertainment isn't great and it's only in Spanish so no point to be sitting there if you don't understand what it is about. Never again.

The worst hotel we’ve ever been, room full of ants , food all the time the same, pool was dirty, staff very rude and looking line they gave us for free when we paid fir the services, the bed uncomfortable and the balcony door didn’t work properly and yeah… very hot inside the air conditioning didn’t work at all…. The only nice part eas the 🏖️ beach…and thats it…

Don’t just Don’t 🤢 this hotel is rated as 4 stars how and when i do not know, our room was a twin room that had been made into a family room so extra beds just squeezed in and one was broken, the wallpaper was falling off the walls there was also holes in it where it had been punched, the bathroom was growing and unhygienic, air con turned off between 00.00-08.00am it was 23 degrees was told it was due to the pandemic told to open my balcony door, tried this but couldn’t as was right next to the train line which ran all night. the pool was freezing and the edge was so sharp it cut all my children’s fingers, hands and feet. as for the restaurant don’t even go there it’s raw or cold so your told to use one of two microwaves they provide! snacks advertised are that mornings leftovers there was even a hot dog in a bun with a bite out of it, we used the decking area opposite all week to be then told we couldn’t sit there even though we were spending a minimum of €50 a night on food and drinks the the penultimate night we had the lights switched off on us at midnight and the manager come sit next to us with his arms folded and huffing we asked what the problem was we were told we close at 12 not 1 it’s was his error but we had to go even though we had just bought food and drinks, also one night the bar was closed as the power had gone down so we had to go into the town to eat and drink. the best thing about this place was the lovely waiter Pau he couldn’t do enough for us and was a lovely friendly guy, also Chris the fantastic bar man who looked after us all week

Nice hotel, perfect location, room was fine, could do with some English channels on tv to watch but that’s just a minor detail. No issues with our room, food was lovely, would just recommend some air con in the restaurant as we went in September and still very hot, air con needed during meal times. We would return, I don’t care about old decor I must be used to these kind of hotels they are perfectly fine!- the hotel was clean, good view from balcony and so close to the beach, couldn’t fault it. Will return this year hopefully.

We are reservated silence room but there is speakers under our balcony and feeling like we had party on our room. We was called to customer service before we do reservation and ask if silence room is possible and they told at you have this option and it just have to add on reservation comments. There is also bugs in our room. Air condition not work. Could not sleep because high temperature and stuffy. Room is awful, old and dirty. Bed was dirty, hard and smelling. Service was dull. Only good thing is location. The room is life-threatening in the case of a fire because you have to lock the door from the inside with a big key, so you can't get out if you can't find the key. We try immediately to change room and getting repairing for room issues, but reseption told at it is not possible. Only good thing is location. We left hotel after one night and find another great beach hotel.

Not a brilliant stay, outdated decor for a 4* hotel, beds not the comfiest, no English TV channels in the room... Buffet good for what you get as an all inclusive, pool standards could be better. Best thing about our stay was the evening entertainment/music by the bar

We booked a last minute all inclusive here this week for 5 days and had read the reviews so we were not expecting to much - I can say the hotel met our expectations, the rooms were cleaned every day, yes it’s a bit dated in the rooms but nothing terrible, we were lucky to have a sea view room - location is smack bang on the beach, the evening entertainment was great (not all nights were our taste) but that’s what alcohol is for, the reception staff and serving staff were friendly, and not what we had read. The food was brilliant and offered a good gluten free menu everyday. We heard some English moaning behind us one eve about how they don’t speak much English, suck it up we are in there country - there was no language barrier at all - from what we thought would be a place to just lay our heads and eat turned out to be a brilliant break - and would go back, the only thing I think is as it’s got 4 stars after the name it misleads you a bit but enjoy the sun, the pool is in shade most of the day but it didn’t bother us as we went to the beach. yes there are a lot of steps to reception which could be a problem for some. We heard little to no noise in our room from the road, train or other guests. The train is cheap and close for a trip to Barcelona or some of the other beach’s. We also met some a lovely Dutch couple who were awesome 😊😊
