MClub Marmorata

My experience was wonderful. I especially liked the spectacles and the club ado. The stuff is very competent and always ready to answer your questions. Come to the Marmorata club because you are going to have a wonderful experience.

The hotel is a typical 3 star beach hotel, well located on a sandy beach with beautiful clear water. The hotel is predominantly Italian and French and we seemed to be the only English speakers. Despite our (weak) skills in both languages that did mean we were well through our holiday before we discovered the free kayak and paddleboard facility. Most staff had some English, but limited for many so some French or Italian would be very helpful. There were free beach beds but those closest to the sea had to be paid for. Further down the beach a commercial water sports facility had pedalos and a giant inflatable water park. The hotel is aged and the rooms clean but basic. It is built on 9 levels up the side of a hill so not for those with limited mobility. A train did run regularly around the site road, to give some relief from the stairs. There was only one adult pool but a reasonable size. Food was buffet style with a good range and acceptable quality and free wine and beer with all meals. It would have been good to know that beach and pool towels were not provided, so we did not have to buy them locally. Overall we enjoyed our one week stay and found the staff helpful. It is an hour transfer from Olbia Airport to a quiet but beautiful part of Sardinia.

Thanks to the animators especially to Manu and Bubba, we had a great time here. Everyone was very nice and friendly. We had a lot of fun here. The waiters know many Slovak words. Everyday there is a program and we were never bored. Aquagym with Giada was great, she is very nice and funny.

This is a hotel for locals...and the French. We went expecting much better- the photos are totally 100% NOT what the place is like- the rooms are disgusting and poorly presented. List of problems....shower flooded (and you get about a 50cm2 shower cubicle which makes it impossible to turnaround in without getting out first. Aircon was one temp and that's it. Food was an abomination and breakfast (if you bought the B&B rate) was a s**t fight between 730-930. Reminded me of IKEA at the weekend but worse! Food ran out as everyone was taking trays of it- coffee machines not working, understaffed, messy, dirty, old, tired. And to top it off, someone keyed my car and our family members car whilst parked in the car park.....felt like we were not welcome. Glad to be home- this is a 1 star if only. Do not recommend to go here.

Our room smelled badly, the breakfast was not good - the eggs and bacon were full of oil and some flies died in the milk and juices. The excursions are way to expensive for what you get. They served Pasta with Shrimpheads and the afternoon snack was only a cookie.. Furthermore not sufficient water during the trip - make sure you take your own bottles of water and enough sun protection because there is no shade on the islands. Animation at Night to loud - we couldn’t sleep before 1 AM. The landscape and and the beach are amazing. Checkout and checkin run smoothly. A lot and good activities for children.

Terrible holiday, staff is very unpleasant to the guests, they prefer only Italian guests, as they are not speaking other languages as Italian, even at the reception its hard to communicate in other languages, food is nice, not very high in quality, but ok, 2 pools are not enough for such big resort, beach is not very big, as well, the sea us beautiful, but quite cold. Program almost nothing to do, except canoe or paddle boards on the beach, but again, in first place will go Italian guests. All inclusive is not very true-because you are very limited in choice of drinks and you can use bar on the beach only till 6PM and bar at the pool till 11PM... Wifi is very weak, only in the main building, no mobile signal in the rooms - if you are planning to have detox from the mobile devices and internet - go ahead. Surely try beach restaurant - good a**osphere.. But overal I dont recommend this hotel in any way. Its nice place with nice sea but they are not able to pull out something of this beautiful place... Very big dissapoin**ent.

We stayed at Marmorata in June. Beautiful location, despite the weather was not always great, our stay has been awesome thanks to the staff. Thanks to David, Omaima, Elisa, Alessia, Matteo, Baptiste, Beppe and the whole crew!

My family and I bought a trip to Sardinia in this hotel in August 2021 for 8 days. The rooms were just basic rooms, with everyday room cleaning, what was benefit. The food was average, you could choose from many options, but the taste was nothing special. Our room was quiet far from see, but here was a train picking up people at the stops I think that every 15 minutes what was nice. The beach was amazing, a lot of seats and the water was so clean. There was program for hotel guests at the beach, such as dancing in the sea, once a day you coud rent a kayak for half an hour what was fun. There was also program for guest in the evening, but it was so loud and it lasts until 1:00-2:00 a.m. so with easy sleep you couldn't fall asleep. There was almost no signal because the resort is in national park. But it is nice for few days switch off and enjoy the time without mobile phone. Anyways the sea was so nice that it saved all deficiencies.

This is the only time I’ve ever written a bad review for a hotel. I don’t want other people to be tricked by this place and experience I went through. It is completely off the beaten path and around nothing. You have to park far far away from the room. THE AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK. It was 27° in my room throughout the night. So hot I had to sleep with a wet towel over me. The only “ac” that’s coming in is hot air from the outside - all of which is cigarette smoke. You can only get into the room from the patio door, which does not lock from the outside. Do not leave your belongings in the room. The front door is barricaded by a small table and other furniture. Very creepy vibes. THERE IS NO WIFI OR CELL SERVICE IN THE ROOMS. There was loud music (provided by the hotel) banging until 23-24 o’clock so could barely sleep. Please save yourself and don’t stay here.
