Used this hotel as a base for exploring Santiago. We had a car so the few minutes drive into town was no problem with lots of free on site parking at the hotel. Parking in Santiago itself is tricky but we found an excellent place called Parking Municipal Belvis just a short ten minute walk to the historic centre. Hotel itself was big, clean and with spacious rooms. Just the job. We were on a touring holiday so if you're not in a car then probably not for you as not walking distance into Santiago and public transport is patchy.

Very clean hotel , rooms good size , beds comfortable , some pillows hard . No tea or coffee facilities in room Outside chairs dirty. Restaurant dinner menu very limited. Unable to cater for vegetarians even with the simplest request. Waiter very blunt and off hand Highly unlikely to visit again.

Hotel advertises with (free) shuttle service, while in practice they don’t have it. Gym exists of crap, old and defect materials. Sauna, steam bath and some parts of the Spa were out of order (according to an employee quite structural) 2 days in a row the same rotten ham on the (very poor) breakfast buffet No international tv channels

bad buffet. In the 4 meals made at the hotel, in 3 of them there was the same fish cooked in the same way. They should allow the consumption of juices and beer with the meal.For a 4-star hotel, they should provide access to the indoor pool, not just the spa. The buffet sucks. the wine they offer is very bad.

Chose this hotel as its away from the centre and the noise. The hotel is a 4 star, and an international feel to it. There is a parking just outside. A nice swimming pool in the sun and a good spa. The room is very big and the beds humongous. Good size wardrobes, mini fridge, big bathroom with no amenities. It needs a refurbishment but we found it good value for money. Good breakfast buffet

The place was ideal for a last stop on the camino. Spa was very welcome. The staff are doing their very best considering they are very short of employees. It's a coach party hotel which means you can wait for a while to get a drink etc. I went to a restaurant down the road for dinner. I'd stay at the hotel again
