Our guest can relax at our outdoor swimming pool. The Radisson Santo Domingo is a great option for business and social events. The hotel is all good, they have the comfort that is needed and the staff is very friendly, the cleanliness is good, the only bad thing is that the sheets and pillows have a bad smell, and even more so the pillows are like dirty sweat.

Everyone on staff was very nice. The on-site restaurant is excellent and the pool area is nice.

The hotel is good but not great. Had issues with the hot water that wasnt hot enough. Also, the air conditioner shuts down in the middle of the night and the room gets hot. What we do love of this hotel was the easy and fast check in, the parking options, the areas were clean and there are many great options near to eat, shopping and enjoy the night life.

Very good hotel, slow check in, the bed not comfortable and the worst part was the blinds were just not long enough so all the lights from around get to the room, very unpleasant.

I LIKE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF ALL CONVIENCE TRASPORTATION DOWN TOWN SANTO DIMIGO EVERY THINGS WALK DISTANCE. BEST HOTEL HOPE COME BACK AGAIN.

Have stayed here multiple times. I always have to call and ask for the shower water to be turned to hot. There is never hot water.
