Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, μπορείτε να απολαύσετε μια όμορφη ανατολή, το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό, η υπηρεσία οικονόμου είναι εξαιρετική, το μπαρ και το εστιατόριο έχουν εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση και προσωπικό, το φαγητό πολύ ποικίλο και πολύ καλό. Συνολικά ήταν μια ωραία ευχαρίστηση να μείνω εκεί και περάσαμε πολύ όμορφες διακοπές. Όλα τα τουριστικά αξιοθέατα είναι πολύ κοντά και αυτό είναι πολύ σημαντικό σημείο.

Προσωπική πραγματική εμπειρία: Αυτό το ξενοδοχείο είναι γεμάτο ψέματα και έχει κακή συμπεριφορά μετά την αποσυναρμολόγηση. Καταλήξαμε να αλλάξουμε απευθείας σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο κατά τη διάρκεια της νύχτας. Το αρχικό δρομολόγιο διακόπηκε και ήμουν πολύ θυμωμένος! ! Στην αρχή, ένιωσα ότι ήταν διαφορετικό από το σόου του πωλητή, το μέρος ήταν δύσκολο να βρεθεί και το προσωπικό ήταν ακανόνιστο, έτσι το ανέχτηκα, αλλά αργότερα διαπίστωσα ότι το ντους στο δωμάτιο του ξενοδοχείου ήταν εντελώς άχρηστο και δεν μπορούσε παράγουν ζεστό νερό, οπότε έκανα αίτηση για αλλαγή δωματίου. Το ξενοδοχείο είπε ότι ήταν γεμάτο, οπότε θα σας το φτιάξω. Ένα αδερφάκι ήρθε να το φτιάξει για πολλή ώρα. Αυτή την ώρα, ήταν σχεδόν 2 ώρες μετά κάναμε check in και χρειάστηκαν 20 λεπτά για να απελευθερωθεί το ζεστό νερό μετά την επισκευή. , έκανα αίτηση για επιστροφή χρημάτων για το check-out και είπαν ότι υπήρχε άλλο δωμάτιο (ένα μέλος του προσωπικού είπε ότι είχε δεσμευτεί για κάποιον άλλο , αλλά δεν ξέρω γιατί μας δόθηκε, κάτι που μας έκανε να μην τολμήσουμε να ζήσουμε), δεν το πιστέψαμε αυτή τη στιγμή. Αυτό το ξενοδοχείο τελείωσε και μετά πήγαμε στη ρεσεψιόν για να μαλώσουμε, Η στάση της ρεσεψιόν ήταν επιπόλαια, ζητήσαμε να μιλήσουμε με τον διευθυντή τους, ήταν επίσης απέφευγε, και τελικά μας άφησε να πάμε απευθείας και μας αγνόησε. Μετά υπάρχει ο σύνδεσμος μετά την πώληση. Την πρώτη φορά που έκανα αίτηση για επιστροφή χρημάτων, επικοινώνησα με την πλατφόρμα, αλλά ο πράκτορας του ξενοδοχείου στην Κίνα δεν έχει δώσει σχόλια για μια ολόκληρη μέρα. Με λίγα λόγια αυτό το ξενοδοχείο βγάζει λεφτά κοροϊδεύοντας και εξαπατώντας και κόβει πελάτες σαν πράσα.Τελικά δεν υπάρχουν πολλοί επαναλαμβανόμενοι πελάτες στη Σαντορίνη.Θα ήθελα να το σχολιάσω.Ελπίζω να μην ξεγελαστούν όλοι! Fantastic stay at Splendour last week. Breakfast was ideal however, was busy at 8am so we aimed to go after 9. Hotel spotlessly clean and we would highly recommend the junior suites with private pool. Beautiful sunrise then we’d cross over to caldera side for the sunset. Ate lunch in pool bar and it was reasonable and very nice. Haris, was so helpful and friendly and organised a hairdresser for me as we were there for a wedding and Julie, our maid, was so friendly. Would definitely return!

There is so much to say about this place, but I will keep it brief. The morning before our scheduled checkout date, there was bad weather in the morning. At around 10:30 am, right after breakfast, the power went out. No internet, no running water, nothing. My travel companion had a stomach bug, so you can imagine going to the bathroom with poop in it, it's disgusting. They told us the power would be back in an hour, four hours later no power, no generator, so we decided to checkout a day early because there was no way we could stay with no running water and a sick person. We requested a refund for the night we did not stay, and they absolutely refused because it's not their fault they don't have a generator to provide running water. The receptionist was so rude about it, and clearly said it wasn't a big deal, but she didn't offer to change our room our lend us another bathroom without poop in it. First and last time ever visiting this place. I would not recommend it to anyone. They take your money and wipe their hands, absolutely refuse to give a solution to the problem.

They claim this is a 5 star hotel, but I've stayed at nicer budget chain motels. They provided communal cheap soaps, no other toiletries. The drains are horrible and the putrid smell of poop is eye watering in the bathrooms. Keeping the bathroom door shut tight and your windows open is the only way you cam keep the room fresh enough to sleep. The breakfast is fairly ok, if you get there right as it opened. If you dont get there in the first 30 minutes, good luck. I spoke wirh other guests, all had the same complaint of the stink of the drains. Reception probably got tired of me begging for bleach for the drains. Others told me that their excuse is that they are winding down for the season. If you're open and accepting payments, and claim to be 5 stars (out of 15?) Then you need to step it up and provide what the guests are paying for. Will not return to that property.

This place is fabulous!!!. We have just returned from a week long stay to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary and what an amazing week it was. We stayed in one of the junior suites for the week and this was gorgeous. Having its own private pool was such a bonus and we did spend quite a bit of time just lounging there during the day as it was so peaceful. The hotel is 5* in everyway and from check in to departure we could not have been treated any better by any member of staff. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone!. The reception (led by Haris - who is an absolute star!) was seamless and there was another young lady (who I know her name began with "R" but annoyingly I didn't make a note of it- was also an absolute star for us (it was her who booked us on the sunset catamaran cruise - a MUST trip if you have the time!) The bar staff ( Jennifer & George) were both lovely and couldn't do enough for us and we also had another couple of people to name check ( Young George in the restaurant and bar and chef George who cooks the most delicious meals - these two were again tremendous). There were also the two lovely ladies who looked after our room (rather annoyingly I didn't get their names but they were mother in law-daughter in law from Albania) they did an absolutely brilliant job of cleaning our room on a daily basis - this included fresh towels (each day presented in a lovely way with fresh flowers on the bed) Finally, we did order a taxi via the hotel and it would be remis of us not thank Mario for his great service when he drove us from/to Santo Winery (another must trip if time permits) for the sunset wine tasting session Overall, this place is brilliant and we cant thank everyone enough for their 5* hospitality (the owners also have the most gorgeous dog!) Thanks

While the hotel is ok and had lovely views, it is not 5 star. We were part of a tour so we all received differing rooms. Our room was large but quite dated. The air conditioning needed to have maintenance look at it daily. Our friends were kept awake all night by crickets IN the room and basically no assistance from the night staff. While this may seem petty, when you are dealing with a so called 5 star hotel, and where the water is undrinkable, I would have thought the supply of a 30c bottle of water per room per day would be standard. No! We were informed to get to the supermarket and buy it ourselves. Why provide a tea/coffee making facility if there is no water to fill the kettle? The breakfast provide was plentiful and a good range.

The hotel was stunning, our room was impeccably clean and the little towel decorations were so sweet - the maid service were fantastic and so lovely. All the staff were very sweet and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of options and the food was always delicious. The pool was always clean and so nice and cool on those hot days. We thought the location was amazing as well - not only did we have a fantastic view of the sunrise (room 201) each morning but we also were in walking distance to Fira. We loved the resturant food and drinks also, serving sizes were huge and fairly priced. We had a wonderful time!

This hotel is a 3 star at best. It caters for large groups which is not ideal for those seeking a peaceful holiday. The breakfast quality and selection is average and in poor supply once the groups have descended. The rooms are not properly cleaned, the tea and coffee are not refilled but clean towels are provided daily. The shared pool area is maintained and clean but only has two umbrellas. There really are no more! Some of the rooms have their own small pools, they are very close together and the the rooms above look straight down on them. There is absolutely no privacy. One of the reception staff is helpful (Haris) the other receptionists are not even remotely friendly. The guy who I think is the bar manager works hard but again is not interested in providing hospitality. The location is good. There are plenty of restaurants around and it’s well placed for walking to the other caldera villages. This hotel was so disappointing.
