υψηλή αισθητική, απλότητα Αιγαίου, αυθεντικότητα. Ενιωσα όταν άνοιγα την σιδερένια του πόρτα ότι μπαίνω σε έναν οικείο χώρο..και ήταν έτσι πράγματι μιας και το Vasilicos κουβαλάει την ιστορία της οικογένειας του σε αντίθεση με τα περισσότερα απρόσωπα και άχαρα εκμοντερνισμένα η νεότευκτα καταλύματα του νησιού... εξαιρετικό προσωπικό που λειτουργει σαν ομαδα, ευγένεια, χαρούμενη διάθεση, αμεσότητα, καθαριότητα, deli πρωινό. Το νέο μέλος της παρέας του Vasilicos σε αποσταση αναπνοης, το Pink Maria Sophia μια καταπλητκική brasserie που θέλεις να δοκιμάζεις τις γεύσεις της ξανά και ξανά..το "αδελφικό" winery Vassaltis εμπειρία απόλαυσης..

Incredible stay in the most stunning island I’ve ever visited! The view, the food, the location but most importantly the staff were fantastic! Huge thank you to Demetrius who never failed to amaze us with his kindness, compassion and commi**ent into making our stay memorable. I highly recommend The Vasilicos!

The hotel view was second to none. Our host Dimitrius and Chris were awesome we were provided with everything we needed all of the time. We did not eat dinner here but lunch was excellent. The facility was as clean and accommodating as could be. Overall a fabulous experience!

We stayed in the Vasaltis suite at the Vasilicos for the second time in the first week of May. The Vasaltis is a very spacious, cave-like suite with an extremely comfortable bed, excellent bathroom facilities and amazing views. The staff at the Vasilicos are exceptional. Dimitris, the concierge, is always helpful and available to sort out any issues. Unfortunately, we needed antibiotics while we were there and, despite it being Greek Easter Sunday, Dimitris managed to get us a doctor's appoin**ent the same day, which saved our holiday. He even provided us with free transport to the clinic. Chris brought us our delicious breakfast every day and it was always a pleasure for us to chat with him. We bumped into Elena, who cooks the breakfasts, and it was good to have the opportunity to thank her personally for them. The housekeeping staff were also very welcoming and helpful. We got into the habit of calling into reception on our way back from dinner to ask for a pot of tea. We were always welcomed with a friendly smile and the tea was delivered to our room. Nothing was too much trouble. I don't think we could have asked for a better situated hotel, in walking distance to numerous restaurants, or a more cheerful, helpful or service-oriented group of staff members. We would definitely book the Vasilicos again if we were to return to Santorini.

We had such an amazing experience. After almost a week in Istanbul, then several days in Athens, we were ready to relax, and that’s what we did! Demetrios was amazing, and such a gracious host. He took care of every detail! The hotel is lovely! The rooms are amazing! The breakfast was fantastic, and there was so much attention to detail. The staff was there tirelessly, day after day, and they were so attentive! The view was spectacular. The location is amazing if you want to be away from the cruise ships. We loved our excursions to Akrotiri and Demetrios made sure we had a cab and a good rate upfront, so no haggling involved. Oia was also lovely for shopping and the restaurants were awesome. I have already told several friends about this trip and they are considering it for their next vacation. Yamas!

Our experience with The Vasilicos was nothing but positive and we would love to return one day. We stayed for a few days but we were a bit unlucky with the weather. But this is where the hospitality makes the difference. The staff did everything they could to make us feel better and they helped us with everything. Dimitris is the concierge of the hotel and he goes way above and beyond to make sure that you are actually enjoying your stay. He always checked if we needed anything and sorted our whole stay in terms of restaurants and activities. He truly cares about the guests and he always knew what we wanted. The breakfast was unbelievable. We wish we could have enjoyed it more in our terrace with the astonishing view but Chris always showed up at the right time in case we wanted something extra. Hospitality makes the difference and we will forever remember our stay because of the staff.

We loved everything about our experience with The Vasilicos - from the original booking and pre-arrival communication through to our actual stay. Dimitri, the concierge, and all the kitchen and hotel staff were amazing. Because the hotel is small, the service is very personalised. You feel like you're staying with friends. We stayed in the Belvedere Suite which was just wonderful. Incredibly well appointed and comfortable with lots of thoughtful amenities. We had a large, private terrace with the most incredible view over to the volcano. [Sadly the weather was extremely windy and a little cold so we didn't get to enjoy the terrace as much as we would have liked.] The included breakfast was so enjoyable and filling... it set us up for the entire day. We booked directly with The Vasilicos through their website which included some additional benefits such as free transfers. We can't recommend The Vasilicos highly enough for a fantastic stay in an incredible location.

I cannot say enough good things about the Vasilicos & the V-team that make this place so special. The room is beautiful, clean, and private with a breathtaking view. Eating delicious breakfasts every morning on our patio & enjoying Aperol Spritzes in the sun by the pool was a dream. Dimitris was so welcoming & helpful - from organizing all of our transportation, to booking a Wine tasting at the sister winery & a couples massage in our room, to having our laundry done - he made our stay seamless & relaxing. Having Chris bring us our coffee (& second coffee) every day was such a lovely start to our mornings. Cannot emphasize enough how friendly & accommodating the V-team are. The beauty is in the details at the Vasilicos - to the daily ice creams brought to us, to the personalized pillows, to the chocolates left in our room at night. Truly the most memorable & lovely experience. You will not regret booking at the Vasilicos!

We had a fantastic stay here few weeks ago and we just wanted to express our gratitude to the Staff who were outstanding hosts! The hotel by itself is gorgeous and the views are out of this world but the staff went the extra mile to ensure that we were enjoying our time here. To Demetrius who was always available for us if we needed recommendations, general information or even be there and make a friendly conversation with us, a massive thank you! To the rest, Chris and Arjay thank you as well for being there for us and of course looking after us ! Everyone, your kindness is something else!
