Astonishing Views from all angle of the Hotel! Friendly and Helpful receptionist Lydia and Handsome Barista who makes the best expresso! Sumptous Variety Breakfast Spreads, Able to skip Lunch type of buffet! Alll food are very yummies, complete sets meaning from starters, varieties main spread and theres even lots of desserts. Warning: Please go down for breakfast woth empty stomach! If need any confirmation from this hotel, you could rely on their super fast responses and quick guidance! Kuddos for the excellent services! Keep up the good work! Not to forget theres daily cleaning of rooms service provided!

Έχω πάει σε όμορφες τοποθεσίες σε όλο τον κόσμο, αλλά δεν έχω συναντήσει ποτέ την αγένεια, την κακή εξυπηρέτηση και την έλλειψη δεξιοτήτων ανθρώπων που συναντήθηκα σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. Ξεκίνησε όταν παραπονηθήκαμε ότι δεν υπήρχαν δύο μονά κρεβάτια που ζητήσαμε πριν από μήνες κατά την κράτηση. Ο ρεσεψιονίστ και δύο αγόρια της πισίνας μας κακοποίησαν και μας εκφοβίστηκαν για το υπόλοιπο των διακοπών. Αποδεχθήκαμε την έλλειψη δύο μονά κρεβατιών και δεν κάναμε περαιτέρω παράπονα. Όταν προσπαθήσαμε να παραγγείλουμε φαγητό στην παραλία, αγνοηθήκαμε μέχρι την 4η ημέρα, όταν μας είπαν ότι δεν μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε ξαπλώστρες εκτός και αν παραγγείλαμε φαγητό και ποτά σε αυτό το στάδιο, είχαμε παραιτηθεί. Όταν κλείσαμε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο μας οδήγησαν να πιστέψουμε ότι οι ξαπλώστρες ήταν για άτομα που μένουν στο ξενοδοχείο. Οποιοδήποτε ξενοδοχείο έχω μείνει ποτέ σε ξαπλώστρες ήταν για επισκέπτες, δεν εξηγήθηκε διαφορετικά. Ήταν το πιο καταχρηστικό προσωπικό που έχω γνωρίσει ποτέ...Είμαι ακόμα σοκαρισμένος. Δεν κάναμε τίποτα για να μας αξίζει αυτή η συμπεριφορά. Η ρεσεψιονίστ δήλωσε ότι ήταν η διευθύντρια και ήταν μονολεκτική και απλώς μας γρύλισε. Το σπίτι της φρίκης!!

Απόλυτα αηδιαστική συμπεριφορά που έγινε κράτηση με ταξιδιωτικό πράκτορα, ζήτησε δύο μονά κρεβάτια κράτηση πριν από μήνες διπλό κρεβάτι κατά την άφιξη δωρεάν ξαπλώστρες στο κουπόνι ξενοδοχείου τώρα είπαν ότι πρέπει να αγοράσουμε φαγητό, είναι υποχρεωτικό

This was experience of good and bad for us . We just left the hotel today and there was a few disappoin**ent with it and some good bits . Didn’t start well , firsts you are dropped at a back lane from the hotel and very little guidance to the hotel . We went with easy jet holidays and was grateful for google maps . we arrived late and the gentleman was very nice , checked us in , the room was not what I booked and paid for . I had booked the superior double , on the east jet page and the hotel page this shows a separate room next to the bedroom . Travelling with my daughter aged 20 I thought the space would be handy . When I questioned it I was told it was . It wasn’t it was a normal bedroom . I had emailed the week before to request single beds , again not everyone is travelling as a couple … I find it annoying that it expected that everyone is . At the age of 20 you don’t want to share a bed with your mum !! This wasn’t honoured either after I had asked . Wasn’t going to let it spoil my holiday. There is the woman manager / reception who really shouldn’t me handling guests . She was rude and dismissive and has no idea how to be customer friendly. I had queried the room and the request and basically she wasn’t intrested . There seems to be no manager with experience . The young men who ran the bar were very nice but the bar closes at 10 every single night . Last orders and lights off . They obviously go out after work which is fair enough but they seriously cannot wait to get rid of you . Breakfast was good and the hotel is very clean , sun beds are great and towels . We ate a few times and was very nice . It’s it a great spot , and it’s very cool . Could be so much better with proper customer service and management .

Just returned home from my first trip to Santorini. The Alesahne Beach Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had food in their Sea Stone restaurant and was lovely. We used the pool and their private beach. Beach beds so comfortable and they also provide towels for the pool and Beach. Lovely staff wait on you at the beach we had lobely cocktails brought on us. Our room was perfect for our us. Perfect location stunning views. I will definitely return

Terrible experience with hotel management. Unsympathetic staff. My husband and I reserved and paid in full to the hotel for our stay in July 2023. There was a sudden death in our family, my father-in-law passed away, so we could not make it on the date we reserved. So, we requested the hotel for a change to our reservation to another date as they do not do refunds, but the hotel was not helpful at all. Till this date we are still trying to get them to change the reservation to another date so as to not lose our money. We are not asking for a refund but the hotel will not budge. Going back and forth via email and phone for months and no sympathy or understanding from the hotel at all. The latest email even threatened us if we posted our experience with the hotel. Please be ware and be very careful if you are looking for a hotel that has a heart and understands that in life people face difficult times and a simple gesture and flexibility goes a long way.

A lovely, comfortable place to stay in a fantastic location in Kamari, on the beach front. The service was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Anna, the receptionist was very helpful in offering things to see and do around the island and partook pleasant conversation in perfect English. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable, with all mod cons one would expect. It was cleaned daily to a high standard. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily too. The food exceeded our expectations. Freshly cooked breakfast buffet every morning with the opportunity to sample some traditional Greek cuisine if you wished. The dinner menu is extensive and they catered for a gluten free diet. Again, the food was of a high standard. Whilst located on the busy promenade with a wide selection of bars and restaurants at your doorstep, the hotel offers a quiet and tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle. Alesahne Beach Hotel is a very charming place in a beautiful setting and we would recommend a stay here.

Definitely the best place to stay in Santorini!!! We did a walk around the whole island, but this place is ideal for rest because the beach is 2 m away, the breakfast is beautiful and delicious, the rooms are clean, the staff is more than excellent, and a big thanks to Sabjan who is very kind and helpful, and the girls from reception and bar. Thank you for a wonderful holiday in Santorini 🇬🇷🤍🩵💙 I highly recommend it 💙 And beautuful sunrise …dont’t miss it 🥂 Ana
