The host Kostas and Anna were absolutely AMAZING!!!! They really go above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best for you! R hey helped schedule my airport transfers, in room couples massages and sunset cruise. And made themselves available via text for any questions that I had.
The first day the breakfast provided wasn’t what I normally eat ( things I don’t eat) so I barely touched my food. After cleaning up my table Kostas came to ask me what he could prepare moving forward because he noticed we did t really eat. We felt terrible but appreciated that he took the time out to make sure we were getting what we want for breakfast! He makes the BEST OMELETTES!!! We are so sad to have left but feel like we’ve got 2 new friends in Santorini!

Where do we start, we were the first reservation of the 2023 season. Where the magic of this oasis starts is with Gregory and Panos, what kind and caring people they truly are and made our family feel like special guests. The accommodations are best described as a luxury cottage, truly relaxing , tranquil and beautiful. Our adult turning family enjoyed daily the wonderful hot tub with truly breathtaking views of caldera. They also helped arrange a rent a car used to explore the wonders and beauty of the Santorini island. We had a perfect ending to our trip with the recommendation of visiting the lighthouse where we had a later afternoon flight and they allowed us to leave luggage until our transfer to the airport. I couldn’t miss mentioning our wonderful welcome drinks with small tapas, plus wonderful homemade breakfast. We loved starting our day with this treat. Our family extends our deepest thanks to The Black Diamond family. Hope our paths cross again in the future.

Great experience! Kosta and his wife were an amazing hostess. He helped us with everything on the Island. We rented a car which was a money well spent! The room was very nice , very spacious with a private pool and the view to the caldera was really pretty. Breakfast is served in your room/balcony and it was delicious. There is a local restaurant which pick you up and the food was amazing! We will definitely stay there again when back to Santorini.

The property is quiet and private. If you enjoy quiet and being away from the traditional tourist spot then this is your place. We did have a car which we would recommend if you are staying here as transportation is not as easy. The best part of this experience was our fabulous host Kostos and Ana. From the moment we arrived they treated us like family. They were attentive to our every need. From breakfast, to tips about the island they were available. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fabulous time. By the end of our stay with them we grew so fond of them. We would gladly return!

This piace is more than a suite, is an enchanted place where you can deep in relax days and cuddles by Konstas and Anna the staff members. They are in fact two beautiful people that every day make every effort for their hosts. The suite is cleaned and tidy up every day and they cooked a special full and nice breakfast everyday. If you need an assistance to book your trips or to book a good reviewed restaurants they do everything for you. We had a great experience and this has been possible for the incredible location and for the excellent care by Anna and Konstas. Virginia & Maurizio

The good: The rooms are clean and very comfortable with amazing views, just as advertised. The staff was helpful and friendly. Make sure you try one of Kostas amazing Greek salads.
The bad: There were a few instances of miscommunication and a blatant exploitation regarding a booking amendment. Gregory (the owner) deleted the messages where we had discussed said amendment and we had no way to prove it to the staff, so make sure you screenshot everything you discuss online.
Also, make sure to book your own transportation (you'll need it, since there's not much to do in walking distance and the bus can be a bit of a challenge). There are dozens of options available on the island and most are easy to find and book online. DO NOT go with the one they recommend. Having to deal with them was the lowest point of our holiday.
Overall, not the best value for money, but we still had a wonderful time.
