A very nicely situated hotel, very close to the beach, marina and restaurants. Unfortunately we arrived during the Off-season (very reasonable price though!) during a rain storm, so we didn't have time see the area. Though not a modern design, the rooms were clean and spacious. The Cafe-Bar staff were extremely friendly and are keen to offer advise for places to eat and drink. In-fact we were recommended a seafood restaurant (Restaurante Triton) which was close by and had a wonderful dinner. There is car park on site, which was free (uncovered), and for a fee you can park your vehicle underground. We can imagine that the area would be heaving with tourists during the summer!

Do not stay here if you value your things or customer service. This hotel was nice, but my mom left her Apple Watch in her robe. We called the front desk and went back right away, the room hadnt been cleaned yet, but someone had obviously been in the room and the Apple Watch was gone. The front desk was not interested in helping and brushed us off. If the watch is found, I’d be happy to revisit my reviews.

Amazing visit even with COVID restrictions, the service and staff were exceptional as always, we enjoyed the bar, swimming pool, lunchtime by the pool and an excellent service in the main dining room. Nothing is too much and all staff are so accommodating and will help in any way.

It was our second time at this Hotel. We decided to take advantage of an offer for senior citizens, with full board. Though it was not a cheap offer. The food was nothing special, there was a soup I had to send back as it was improper to be consumed... The mattresses, the springs made such a noise whenever we moved that we did not have a proper sleep. The TV in the room only had spanish channels. I did not complaqin because I knew there was no point... at the reception, when we arrived, I asked for a room with a sea view and was told they had no such rooms. Blant lie, as first time I was there I stayed in one of those. Will never go back...

O único defeito é termos que fazer o check out... A vontade é ficar mais tempo 👌🙏 pois tudo está num nível de conforto que nos deixam sempre extremamente desejosos de usufruir de um dia mais. SPA relaxante, pequeno almoço sem falhas, limpeza imaculada...e uns funcionários sempre disponíveis para te dar o melhor dos melhores.

Excelente estadia. Parabéns a todo o staff pela simpatia e disponibilidade. Apenas um reparo: o pequeno-almoço pode ser melhorado atendendo à qualidade do hotel. Ainda assim deixo a melhor avaliação ao hotel e certamente a repetir e a aconselhar. Nota: Um agradecimento especial pela atenção que tiveram em presentear-nos com um 🍾 muito bom no dia de aniversário da minha esposa. Foi uma surpresa digna de registo.

Ambiente fantástico, limpeza muito presente, pequeno almoço delicioso e farto. Quartos bastante confortáveis, boa insonorização, vista da varanda, simplesmente deslumbrante. Estacionamento privativo com boas áreas, apesar de exterior. Atendimento do staff muito cuidadoso.

Excelente atención, habitación impecable, instalaciones perfectas, comidas variadas y deliciosa ,el personal muy atento en todo momento, ubicación privilegiada para salir a caminar a la playa y el casco de sanxenxo, en fin todo recomendado al 100 merece 5 estrellas.
