Just fine for a cheap room for a night or two. Good area, close to everything. Paper-thin walls and interior windows facing the hall (with lights in all night). But can't beat the price.

Good location and all marts, restaurants and pharmacies are nearby. Active place and shops are open till late night. 05 min walk from beach and all other places in Sanya are easy to approach with 30KM.

This hotel must be the worst place We’ve ever stayed at in our 10years in China. Check-in took over 2 hours whilst being told the room is almost ready. We should have known better when we set foot in the worst lobby in Asia, but we are a positive experienced traveling family holding on to hope thinking it can’t be that bad once we get to the room. We were wrong. Once in the room we quickly discovered stuff was broken. Tv didn’t work, the kitchen didn’t work, the wifi only worked if sat on the couch, no hot water, no door handles, no window handles, the ‘terrace’ was a utility room, ants all over the bedroom table, dirty floors, not enough towels, gross bed board, and the clothing closed was padlocked leaving a family of 4 to share half a closet. When complaining about this to the hotel I was told ‘tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow’. The only great thing about this hotel is that when we decided to leave the next morning they refunded us for the days to come and gave us till noon to get out of this hellhole. Thank you! We are a experienced traveling family, and for this price (¥450 a night) it must be the most disappointing stay we have ever had in Asia. One important tip to other families thinking of booking this place ‘run while you can!’
