This was our second time at Atlantis Sanya, On 26th my daughter wants to celebrate her birthday in Atlantis. We want to thank our butler Simran Ghimire🙏🏻💝😇 though she was not present on the day she managed to arrange everything beautifully in advance to make daughter's birthday special!!🎂🥂 She's the best and very kind. Thank you Atlantis sanya we will come back again.👍🏻

We stayed as a family at the Atlantis Hotel 06-07.10.2024, it was amazing and unforgettable. The service is excellent, the staff is very attentive and courteous, quick check-in, delicious and varied breakfast. Special thanks to the manager of the Airf hotel for taking care and attention to our every question, which only improved our stay in such a heavenly place. We recommend the Antantis Hotel and water park to all travelers, you will find everything there and your dreams and desires will be satisfied.

Highly recommend to stay at Alantis Sanya and thank you to Dikshya, our personal butler whom have made our stay absolutely amazing. We enjoy the wide spread of breakfast at the 3 breakfast restaurants, we love our visit to AquaVenture Waterpark, Lost Chamber, Miniversity and our 19 months old really enjoy this trip. The hotel has also shopping alley and restaurant such as Song He Lou which offers us many choices. Will visit this love baby friendly and service excellence hotel 👍🏻

This is our first visit to Sanya from the United States. We wanted to stay at different bays, so we booked hotels at Haitang Bay, Yalong Bay, and Dadonghai Bay. For Haitang Bay, we decided to stay here, The Atlantis, for the first hotel of three we've booked. This is the best hotel & resort we've ever had the pleasure of staying at not only on this trip but probably ever. The architecture of the main building is a spectacle, and the decor is regal and immaculate. The amenities and accommodations are outstanding. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was top quality, with a good variety, and absolutely delicious. The place had an atrium with a massive aquarium attached to it that we always came back to watch because of the diversity of sea life. We nearly always spotted a sea creature we hadn't seen before every time we stopped here to rest. The place was also like a mini mall with several outlets, dining venues, and attractions. Sadly, we didn't get to do everything we wanted to, like visit the water park, the huge CDF mall that is close by or swim in the several different pools throughout or even walk along the beach. However, we did attend the live acrobatic water show, and that had its spectacular, yet sometimes frightening, and also comedic moments. I can't imagine the type of talent and training involved to frequently perform in a show like that. We only stayed two nights and checked in pretty late. Even so, we had such an enjoyable stay here. We intend to book here again on our next visit to Sanya and stay even longer. Shout out to Majeed Arif, our personal English and Mandarin speaking butler. He was responsive and attentive and made our stay very pleasant. Actually, if it wasn't for him reminding us of our check-out, we would have unintentionally stayed another night because we completely lost track of time due to how much fun we were having and likely also due to immense jetlag 😄.

Extremely friendly staff (Majeed Arif), excellent rides, and fantastic weather. An affordable and enjoyable day out. Highly recommended!
