Lovely hotel, by the beach, neat and clean pool. Lots of beach clubs by the beach. And fun areas for kids. Staffs are friendly. The hotel receptionist Sophie is really helpful and supportive. 005 - Sophie - 5 stars

Great location close to the beach. They have their own beach beds and the pool is medium sized.

The location was great! The beach area was nice but it’s not always allowed to swim. We paid for breakfast but we’re not allowed to take much food to our room and had to show what we took. Therefore if you buy breakfast you should make time to eat it in the dinning room, otherwise it’s a waste of money. We were allowed to have a late checkout free of charge which was nice. This hotel is mostly foreigner friendly if you can speak Chinese. If you are a black foreigner it will be an uncomfortable stay.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable. That gave us the room although we arrived little bit soon the first day. We want to thank you specially Mss Berry. She was really kind and very helpful. She helped me printing some documents. Also everybody in the hotel was nice. The only thing is that the breakfast doesn’t have a lot of western food. Totally recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is absolute bliss with beautiful views from the balcony! There is a swimming pool, it's right on the beach, two lovely beach bars open most of the day and night, spa and small shops for drinks and snacks on sight. Breakfast is good. Mostly Chinese food with fried rice, noodles and baos but they have sausages, eggs and bacon as well. If you're looking to go offsight, there is an amazing steak house 300m from the hotel and a mall you can easily walk to with restaurants and a Waltons. The only complaints I have is that no one speaks English and its hard to communicate your wants and needs. Just be sure to have a translator app if you can't speak Mandarin. Also, the hotel's restaurant doesn't allow you to order and there is no room service but the fact that there are so many restaurants, snacks and drinks nearby makes up for it. I would recommend and definitely stay here again!

We took a weekend trip together and tho hotel was the right choice. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Great beach access and proximity to shops and restaurants.

Very disappointed. I was expecting way more from a place considered top 2 in Sanya around Dadonghai. They even charged me TWICE the booking, telling they will refund the second one in 5 work days. Ridiculous! There are many hotels way better around them. Please, don’t book in this hotel, there are better options (as the one I was before).

It’s good to stay a night. Amenities are bit old. Near to the beach.
