Four Seasons Ocean Courtyard Hotel Sanya

We had the perfect stay at this hotel! The staff members are very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a bigger room with a marina/ocean view at no extra cost. Thank you KK. Very clean and good water pressure in the shower. Hot water within 5-10 seconds. Western breakfast was delicious and had some variety everyday. The hotel also has a convenience store inside which we bought from a lot. Free laundry room was also very convenient. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the best beach in Sanya - Dadonghai Beach. Very nice area if you enjoy night life and good food! Communal pool is nice and big. There is also a gym, but we didn't use it. We had zero complaints and we will stay here again if we visit Sanya in the future.

Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s worth noting that the hotel caters primarily to Russian tourists, so much of the signage, tours and information are aimed at Russian guests. As an English speaker, this sometimes made things a little more difficult, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my holiday. When I arrived, I had a couple of issues with my room. The hot tub took over an hour to fill, and the water wouldn’t stay warm while it was running, so I wasn’t really able to enjoy it. The charging ports in the room also weren’t working, although the hotel kindly provided me with an adapter, which solved that problem. Unfortunately, the hot tub issue was never resolved. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food each morning. The swimming pool was also lovely—warm, clean and a great place to relax. My biggest concern was the fish spa. I initially thought seeing a dead fish was just a one-off, but I noticed dead fish in the spa every day during my stay. That made me question how well the spa was being maintained, and I hope the hotel looks into this. The staff were always kind, polite and helpful, and despite the few issues, I had a lovely stay overall. With a little more attention to maintenance, particularly in the fish spa and the hot tub, this hotel would be even better.

hotel looks like a 3star hotel or less, facility look like abandoned, need urgent maintenance; room was not cleaned properly before our arrival, AC do not worked well, wifi stability was terrible, breakfast buffet was normal, swimming pool lifeguard was always watching reels on his phone instead of doing his work. it was a bad experience for us.

Special thanks to manager at reception for upgrading our rooms, it was a special gift for us. Hotel is good choice, just in front of Sanya tennis courts and very close to Dadonghai area.

The location is very convenient, and the food is delicious with many choices! It is very cost-effective and the view is also very beautiful🥰

We enjoyed our stay here! We were upgraded room upon arrival which was a great start. The hotel is close to the Dadonghai beach (about a 10/15 minute walk) with shops and restaurants on the way there. It is about a 10 minute drive into the centre of Sanya and a bit further to the coconut dream corridor. The breakfast buffet is good although it says western options but there wasn’t many (we were still happy with the options there though). The room was spacious and clean :)

Service is exceptional. Front desk staff are eager, attentive and helpful for concerns, and you can tell they genuinely want to help. Location is also nice, situated near the Dadonghai tourist area. Amenities, both in room and part of the hotel were decent. Room itself: bathroom could be a bit more clean. Also good view.

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were responsive and helpful whenever we encountered any issues. Our room was very clean and spacious. We had a great view facing the 鹿回头 hill and the piers. We had challenge with the TV as it was difficult to get a normal channel to watch. The breakfast selection was fairly average—not the highlight of our stay, but still acceptable. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay overall. The service was good, and the staff's prompt response to our concerns made for a pleasant experience. I would still recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel, daily cleaning was always done well - maid 10 did a good job. Location is pretty good, around 15-20 mins walk to the beach / 8 mins didi. Got upgraded for free at reception, had a lovely view of the marina. Breakfast was very mid & flavourless
