Experience at Charlie is terrible, I DO NOT RECOMMEND and here are the reasons: 1. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, so when you book with Charlie expect slow response times from their watsapp chat bot who offers low efficacy solutions. 2. They never took initiative to send me the room code after I booked; keep in mind there are no receptionist to check guest into the rooms so everything is online. The Chatbot is supposed to send you the room code but Charlie failed to automatically send me this info when I made the booking. I had to go and find their watsapp number myself, and then add their watsapp contact, and then go through a long tidious chatbot messaging process to finally have them find my reservation. This period took me at least 45 minutes. 3. Charlie’a chat bot does not handle English very well. Their chatbot sent me a message containing login information, and the wifi password was typed as “6 MarriedCharlie1” with spaces and everything. The wifi password didn’t work because the original message was in portugues and so the actual password was “CasadoCharlie1” so this was quite frustrating. Not only was the password incorrect, but it goes to show the inefficiencies of “intelligent watsapp service chatbots” who generate stupid responses. 4. The human account managers are not derail oriented and didn’t catch these issues, thus I wasted an hour of my life after landing in São Paulo trying to figure out the password + contact someone in the building. Clue: Charlie has no receptionist or no human staff so YOU AS A GUEST YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. 5. THEY WONT REFUND YOU! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES! 6. Their “phone number” +55 (11) 99630-7416 DOES NOT EXIST so if you call it don’t expect anyone to answer, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK OF A ANXIETY INDUCING, STRESSFUL, OVERWHELMING EXPERIENCE. GOOD LUCK!

Very clean. Good pool. Extreme construction noise late into the night. Entry into the building is awful!

The details of checking in were not sent by checkin time as indicated they would be. The entry into the building was confusing and did not work as indicated having a code or some other way of entry besides facial recognition and verbally saying name and room number would be better.

Super tidy and clean, a lot of security so felt very safe.

WiFi doesn’t work and host doesn’t answer phone.

No communication before checkin. Arrived and there was someone there - but it took an hour waiting to check in. They ask you to communicate on WhatsApp - but they took hours to reply. It was stressful. Had two apartments - different conditions. No hair dryer or working steamer in one apartment.

Great location, new property, good communication

Apartamento muito bom . Funcional , limpo , tamanho ideal , quartos separados , tudo muito limpo e completo . Só senti falta de 1 pano de prato . De resto tudo muito bom .

Localização incrível. Apartamento completo e confortável. A fechadura eletrônica é bacana, mas foi um pouco difícil no check-in. Roupas de cama macias, travesseiros bons, toalhas novas, secador de cabelo, algumas amenities (sabonete, shampoo e condicionador). O apartamento estava limpo no geral, mas a limpeza não estava caprichada -- toalha de rosto manchada e achei talheres mal lavados na gaveta da cozinha. Não tem depósito para malas, caso o hóspede precise sair e voltar para buscar as malas após o check-out.
