Hotel Visad

Very unfriendly service, poor quality of rooms, poor quality of food, it was a big mistake to stay in this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel. You should check other options. Thera are many better hotels in Saranda.

Lots of disappoin**ent and dissatisfaction. Accommodation was to be done at 14:00, but we were accommodated at 18:00 and not at the Visad hotel where we had made the reservation and full payment a week ago, but at another hotel of theirs, because at Visad there is no free rooms, so even though we booked they had given them to other people. Above all, the change of the hotel was done with a total arrogance, it even puts pressure on us by telling us that as you want, go there because you will be left without a room at all. The other hotel where we were accommodated was a few meters away, not near the sea and not according to the reservation we had made. I suggest you do not choose this hotel, as you will not rest, but you will be irritated by the arrogance and the very bad way of trea**ent that will be done to you and the incorrectness, the money you have paid and the holidays will be completely wasted.

Pequeño hotel en una situación excelente, lejos del bullicio del centro y en primera línea de mar. Tiene una pequeña playa privada, con tumbonas y beach bar. El desayuno es justito y se sirve en una terraza muy agradable. El servicio y el dueño son muy simpáticos y serviciales. Wifi correcto. Las habitaciones están muy limpias. Lo cierto es que en algunas web consta como con calificación de 4 estrellas, que ciertamente no tiene. El menaje de las habitaciones es limitado, la limpieza de la habitación la hacen cada 2 días, no dispone de ascensor, desde el parking del hotel (descubierto) hay que bajar bastantes escaleras hasta recepción, aunque el personal del hotel nos ayudó. La estancia fue agradable, pero el hotel es sencillo.
