The hotel was great! I literally was there for almost a month and I stay multiple time s out the year s But The hotel kicked me out and before check out day because my boyfriend beat me up. This hotel doesn't protect woman in a abusive situation. I was not the aggressor

Ese no es un hotel características de MOTEL. La entrada al cuarto SUCIA, la puerta del cuarto SUCIA, la puerta no ajustaba, las cortinas ROTAS y a 10 pies del cuarto estaba el DEPÓSITO DE BASURA.no quisieron cambiar el cuarto
No utilizamos el servicio. Pido reintegro de mi dinero. Es una estafa, los reportaré a ambos a reporte al consumidor de USA

Terrible experience. Would never recommend Quality Inn. The telephone and lamp lights did not work so they moved us to another room just to find out that that telephone did not work either and the door lock did not work. When we left the inn for a few hours and came back, our key card did not work so when we went down to complain, there was no one behind the desk and had to talk to someone via zoom. Housekeeping was on demand, which is fine but when we asked for a clean set of towels, we had to look for a housekeeper to get them.
Overall…..very dissatisfied with the service

It is not a personalized treatment, it is for a machine and is not as presented on the website. I don't like. I would have stayed better in a motel, thinking it was a hotel.

The price is the best quality. It is a very dated property that has been "refreshed". It was clean, linens were clean, bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Has room for improvement but considering the prices of the area, this one fit the bill.

Remote check in/check out completely unacceptable. No receipt provided at check out. Had to change rooms because TV did not work in first room. Pressured to join rewards program. Last time we stay at Quality Inns.

The only complaint is the lack of cleaning. The door knob in the bathroom was nasty. That is something that should be disinfected mine was not wiped at all.
