A room with a lovely view. Quite a walking distance to restaurants and everything but average hotel restaurant for late dinner. Very spacious room and toilet or breakfast. They have to send serviceman twice to fix the heat/room control. Sliding door to balcony was heavy to open and close. The deal was average I would say.

酒店門面很小，當時以為進了後門，不過給的房間風景還是不錯的；離市中心不遠，不過還是需要開車；不收停車費這個不錯

The hotel was worn out and could be cleaner..the price was very high for the quality, and I felt tricked a bit about what I was getting…I’m not familiar with the area. People were camping out in the lounge eating tons of brought in food and treating the pool deck like their living rooms..it was weird.

Front desk, valet, maid service and bartender great. Condition of room and bad service at breakfast made me downgrade.

The Hyatt Regency is supposed to be a high end hotel and we paid the price as such but the hotel is in desperation need of renovation. The room and bathroom were very outdated and sp****. The restaurant was mediocre. The pool which we paid a $30 a day resort fee for had green algae. I have a pool and I would not ever keep my pool in such poor dirty condition. Pay the extra money and go to the Westin. The Hyatt was such a disappoin**ent. From the dirty candy *****ped rugs in the hallway to the bathroom tub and walls which had patched work it needs to be cleaned and renovated

The hotel could be so nice but it is desperate need of renovations. The beds are awful. The bathroom is old and toilet ran all night. Dining was ok. Pool area nice.

I have stayed at this location before and loved it but this time the bottom of the pool looked dirty and unpleasant. The tiki bar closed at 5pm although sun was still up til 6:30pm. the air conditioner in my room rattled so loud at 1am I had to just turn it off and in the middle of the night the toilet decided to run till i got up and jiggled the handle. It cost me over $400 for the night and was less than impressive.

The hotel, although nice, needs a refresh. The furniture in the room was worn and dated. For a four star hotel, it didn't meet expectations.
