It was a sign right off the bat when the main outdoor sign was on the floor broken in two. I did not get the room i ordered at all. Half the cable channels didn't work. Bathroom sink was clogged, shower curtain and tiles were all moldy. toilet seat was all over the place. Noisiest bed EVER. One of the two pillows felt like you folded a cardboard in two and put a pillowcase over it. Kitchen was old with a poor attempt to make it functional.............Just not good at all and even worse when you stop to think what you paid for it !

Stayed for a weekend. The room was very big with a full kitchen& was very clean. The bedding had duvet covers, instead of an old comforter. The location was excellent , walkable to downtown restaurants, bars etc. I was able to enjoy my favorite Netflix shows in my room. They were very accommodating & I recommend it highly.

The location is perfect, the hotel is clean, and the owner is a great man and super friendly. The proximity to all the restaurants and race track is perfect walking distance and I could not have asked for a better vacation. I Will definitely be returning to Stay Saratoga for future trips.

What a wonderful place to stay in Saratoga!!!! I’ve been going to Saratoga for many years, and I finally found a place that is clean, well kept, and the attention to detail given to you when you need assistance- is second to none- without all of that being said- the location being in the center of it all is beyond perfect. Can’t wait to go back.

Welcoming, comfortable and clean. Perfect location for enjoying track and town. Great outdoor area with fireplace and spa pool. Have been to many hotels in the area and Stay Saratoga is my new favorite. Kelly S

The proprietor of Stay Saratoga (Steve) was terrific and so was housekeeping. We stay in the city to attend horse racing and not always in the room but everything was terrific. We stayed there last year also and we were not disappointed! Planning on staying next year to.

As soon as I check in at my destination, the first thing I do is sanitize the room. My disinfecting wipes came out just as clean here as they do at any major chain hotel I stay at. The difference is that those chains don't have the charm that Stay Saratoga does. This place is lovely! My room is in the old Victorian home. It's large with a kitchenette, whirlpool tub, fireplace, and king size sleigh bed. Then there's the owner. He has been amazing so far. I called a couple times prior to booking the room and he has always answered the phone and has been a pleasure to speak with. Upon check-in, he gave us a tour of the grounds to show us the amenities as he walked us to our room. Plenty of parking as well which is a plus.

lawn was 1 foot high at curb. Backyard was unusable, grass was too high .
