I was in premium room, room service was good. Ambience (garden with swimming pool) was superb, hospitality is nice. Interestingly, after the breakfast, surprisingly, rhino was just crossing the hotel (my two years daughter was really happy to watch). We made the YouTube video as well.

Best location and ambience.We did all the excursions with them.The guide was awesome and had full knowledge about his job.MD Manish was very helpful. Swimming pool was newly made and deck area was very welcoming.They even have a bar there. Thank you Hotel Riverside team.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. The hotel's location is an absolute gem! Whether you're a leisure traveler seeking cultural experiences or a business traveler with a busy schedule, this hotel's prime location ensures convenience and is a perfect starting point for exploration. The service at this hotel is exceptional and sets a new standard for hospitality. I was greeted with warmth and genuine smiles from the moment I arrived. The staff members are professional, and attentive, and go above and beyond to promptly meet guests' needs. Whether it was a recommendation for a local restaurant or assistance with arranging transportation, they were always ready to help with a cheerful demeanor. The combination of its prime location, exceptional service, delectable food, and luxurious accommodations left a lasting impression. Every aspect of my experience was meticulously thought out, and it's evident that the hotel's management takes great pride in providing an extraordinary stay for their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sauraha who seeks a memorable and indulgent experience.

It was an great time to stay in there with my family. First i would like to thank to hotel riverside management to treat us like a same family members.i realy like to stay in there. We like the environment of the hotel, it's really nice to stayed there for us.The hotel is near the river and we shaw many beautiful things from there, just like a rhino... Else😄. I just want to suggest everyone to go there and it's my experience,You will enjoyed your every moment in there.

Overall a very good experience. Great location, close to main point of Rapti Riverside , restaurants and bars. Very clean room. Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff, breakfast was amazing it was a wonderful experience and we definitely recommend this hotel
