Clean but loud at night! It’s kind of like a motel. My parents didn’t sleep well

It was a really nice hotel. I love the location, everything js accesible by walking. Breakfast was good. Overall all was great!

房間整潔舒適，略小，不過在城區，可以接受，在河邊景區不遠，步行5分鐘即到，離知名大學SCAD很近，適合各類打卡。

The room was clean, the elevator functional, the staff friendly. However, I thought the site was not nearly so nice as the website indicated. My worst experience was in regard to the on-site parking fee of $30 per night. This was a complete surprise when I checked in, as I saw it mentioned NOWHERE on the website. When I showed my surprise, a staff person walked by and said, "Everybody charges for parking here." I didn't appreciate her flippant attitude at all. I could have eaten two or three times on that $90! Needless to say, I won't be back.

Black mold noted in the shower and ceiling of bedroom. The staff was nice enough to comp our stay and allow us to leave early to check into a different hotel but very dirty rooms.

Check in was smooth, very little parking, however i heard they offer an overflow lot. Didnt realize they charged an extra $30/ night to park.
Breakfast was fine. Bacon, french toast and hashbrowns ran out and were never refilled either morning. Coffee is awful. Shower water pressure could have been better.
The stay was fine, for a budget hotel.

The property was dirty, rooms smell horrible. Not safe lots of not so friendly individuals hanging around or loitering within the hotel.

I liked the location only. The gal at the front desk was rude and our room was dirty. Will not stay here again.
