比國內三星好在床品毛巾雪白乾凈，可以隨時索取，就是10點以後就沒有客房服務了，得自己把垃圾扔出去，換垃圾袋兒。臟毛巾也要放在布草籃放門口，晚上回來自己去大堂拿毛巾。大堂的熱水咖啡一直免費提供，一次性紙杯，質量挺好。大堂吧位置足夠，可以坐着欣賞，看外面的行人路過。免費的早餐也還可以。有雞蛋和培根，麪包，咖啡，果汁兒，酸奶，麥片兒。營養足夠。就是入住的當天前台的小姐姐錯收了我們的費用，回來五天之後才解除。我們住了三天，每天回來如果不把卡拿到前台更新一下的話就打不開門兒。房間有點窄小侷促，尤其是帶了廚房就更窄了。衞生間有個下水道的味兒，這個就和國內的三星差不多了。另外之前通過攜程訂的房費每天兩千多，續住一天，直接打電話到酒店，價格不到1400。衹能説薩凡納不愧排名第一的休閑城市，機票，酒店價格都太高。

This is a beautiful clean room and the front desk staff are so friendly. They helped us choose dinner spots and recreation. They are excellent!

Got a courtyard view. What we saw was a another room about 30 feet away. No exterior view at all. Think a better description of exactly what a courtyard view is would be grid. It should say interior room, no outside view. Location was great and had a wonderful time, only wish the description would have been clearer, I would have booked a street view.

Nice and convenient to River Street and many great restaurants. Do not recommend room 111 due to the mechanicals outside the window which make loud noises off and on day and night but other than that it’s a nice place, good breakfast and nice staff.

Had a great stay and an amazing time! The hotel staff was friendly and informative. The continental breakfast was great and the hotel was very close to the riverfront and walkable to restaurants, bars and shopping.

Very nice hotel. The bed was very nice and soft. Had a kitchenette in our room that we didn't use. The check in was fast and easy. Parking was right behind hotel, but you have to pay. Pay in advance for the parking, it will save you money. The breakfast was very good. Hot and cold variety. The bar in the lobby is nice, but wasnt open when they said it was supposed to be. It is located in a great area. Overall a great experience to stay there

My three nights stay was amazing. Staff was awesome. Across the street from River Street. You can walk to attractions, popular restaurants and shopping. We booked the river cruise and was able to walk to that. Will definitely stay again.
