I really enjoyed my stay. We're renovating our home, and the beds are SO comfy while we wait!

Extremely disgusting room. Didn't notice until the next morning. There was something gross stuck to the curtains. I don't even want to guess what that was. The corner of the sheets came off the mattress in the middle of the night and when we saw in the morning, it looked like there was blood on the mattress. Will never, ever stay there again.

Basic hotel, stayed 4 nights in a remodeled room, was nice. But they lack staff for just about everything. Dont get based on a higher class hotel. Was ok basic stay and hotel. Got to the room and no towels, dont reley on the continental breakfast. Waffles and cereal and if its there. 2 mornings no waffle mix or milk. Not much more. Overall not a bad hotel but minimal staff and basic breakfast maybe. But clean. Right off the interstate easy access. In its day probably a busy place.

Reserved 1-king bedroom, got a 2-queen bedroom. No towels. No tv remote. Phone didn’t work. Keys didn’t work. Called the desk with cell phone and asked for towels, they didn’t ever bring any. We went and got them from the front desk and a remote, remote didn’t work. Stayed 2 nights, the second night we had to get new keys again because they stopped working. Housekeeping tried entering the room in the morning before checkout.

Didn’t even get to check in because the kid behind the desk couldn’t get anyone in to their rooms. The man in front of me had been trying to check in for over 4 hours, someone was arrested at the location and an employee had to clean up human crap on the lobby floor. And then I was charged for a reservation I never even checked in to.

The staff were accommodating and changed our room for a lower level room as my husband just got released from the hospital. No towels, but the room was adequate for the price.

Kinda sketchy. Pictures look far better than the property. This facility has seen better days I'm sure. I'm a little skeptical of the management/owners. Not the national chain that i was expecting.

Jonathan the reception clerk was great. My room was one of the updated new rooms so was ok but needed some attention to detail. The place still needs lots of work before remodel is done. What they called "breakfast" was awful. They should just not have "breakfast".

There were three broken out windows on the first floor, which were covered with black trash bags, so people could get in there, iur lock didnt work on our hotel room...so people could just walk in there. And then our first floor room was next to the doorway to get out, and in looking as to why it wouldnt properly close, the knob and lock were drilled out...and people were just coming and going . Next the pool was closed down, which i really wanted to use....and our room was filthy with black hair in the sink, the television wasnt working and the room had an awful smell. We basically got out and canceled our stay immediately and quite frankly i shouldnt be charged a dime. That place was incredibly UNsafe. Then to top it off my Italian last name i was told is offensive. I couldn't believe it.
