Kim the day check in lady was very nice and helpful. The night lady not so nice but rude. I've been going to same hotel for 6 years and never had bad service.

It is a nice hotel, smaller than i thought. My kids loved the pool , the water was a perfect temp , went to the hot tub 1 time it was good, except there's always kids in it. Breakfast was good and standard. Eggs, sausage , waffle station,cereal etc. Would love more variety of fruits other than apples and bananas. Even if we had to pay for it. Front desk staff is very helpful. My door latch was coming off and it was fixed the next morning, but i still only barely slept because it was only me with 3 kids. Our room was cleaned everyday, which i appreciate with a 4 and 7 year old. They have a happy hour and you get a coupon for 2 alcoholic drinks , did that on the last evening there. Kids got free soda along with their snacks. It was great. 1 complaint is the Gym. It had 1 elliptical, 1 treadmill and 1 bench without weights. Went to exercise, there was no towels, or equipment wipes to clean up. Went to get water the light was on, it was empty. Sespite this, the hotel was worth the price. Hotel is is about 10 mins from the largetest mall in illinois, And lots of other restaurants nearby.

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff is pleasant breakfast was very good. The hotel is a bit dated and run down. The pillows are basic cheapies and lumpy. TVs small and outdated-unable to hook up laptop to TVs. Overall a good value for what it is. I was still happy.

Very pleased with this property. Hotel was great, hot tub and pool was great. Staff checking in was awesome. Would gladly stay here again any time!

Very nice small hotel. One outside door didn't work to let us in. There was a note on door. That doesn't take away from it being a nice clean hotel.

Everything about this facility is top notch. From the comfort of the bed to the breakfast. Centrally located! Wonderful staff! Would definitely stay there again!!!

We came at a busy time. They ran out of towels for a few hours. Don't like new bathroom set up- there aren't any towel bars or face tissues. The soap smells like a kitchen cleanser. Breakfast was good and well attended.

Aside from screaming children, it was a pleasant get away! If you don’t count the smell of **** throughout the building at all hours of the day!
