We were charged twice for our room.
Still haven't received a refund
Trip.com kept telling us we must have had two rooms!
We were only two people and had one room

Great property, great location near old Downtown Scottsdale.
The outside area with fire pits was wonderful.
My only complaint is the slowness and lack of elevators to guest rooms

Super convenient underground parking (extra cost). Room was cleaner and fresher than any of the other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at. Most the rooms are along E Indian School Rd which is a pretty active street, so just keep that in mind if road noise bothers you.

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. Staff was amazing!! Loved the breakfast and food options offered throughout the day and evening. It was so conveniently located and so clean. Will be back soon

The hotel is in a great location, an easy walk to numerous great restaurants, super breakfasts, the Giants stadium, and Old Scottsdale. Staff was helpful. What wasn't great was the obvious lack of consistent upkeep. Our room air conditioner didn't work until we complained. The elevators are glacially slow. One of them broke down and was out of service most of a day, so that meant waiting even longer. Our room "key" cards couldn't unlock the room door more than once until we'd tried it perhaps a dozen times. Housekeeping is provided every other day but the first day they cleaned, they didn't even pick up the used paper coffee cups or make the bed. All that said, it was a good location and a reasonable value. But the manager needs to get on top of these nagging maintenance issues for it to be first rate.

Great location in Old Town, but Phoenix area hotels are pretty pricey and do ask for a room away from the main blvd here. A bit noisy.

Centrally located in Old Town Scottsdale, easy to walk to dining, bars, clubs and any other things you’d like to to do while in Scottsdale.

The front desk employee that checked us in was rude and very short with us. Would never meet our eye and acted like we were a pain to her. So disappointed to be treated this way.
