This was the worst experience I've had! Before I even entered the unit, I could not find the assigned parking spot, the picture showed an outline of what the spot looked like. It appeared to be on the sidewalk behind a dumpster and the lot was FULL OF DUMPSTERS!It was also dark, so I decided to wait until morning and get groceries. Then the ISSUE WAS THE SIZE I was staying in a 1 bedroom with my three children. I knew it would be tight, but I was told there was a sofa bed that would pull out. There was NOT! AN AIR MATTRESS was found in the closet. We arrived at night, and now had to go to bed. I set up the mattress on the floor for my two older kids. They had no room to walk in the room, plug in devices, get their clothes ready for school, etc. I waited till sunrise to get groceries and get them ready for school, came back at 6;45, and those kids were flat on the floor, and it was somehow leaking. The coffee maker didn't work. It became clear that this situation was not going to work for me and my family. I emailed the host, Vince, earlier about parking, but he was driving and couldn't be in constant communication with me. At this point, I called ******* directly, and said I wanted to check out. They said they were calling PRIMO OLD TOWN and would get back to me. ******* did, Primo did not. I called the number for Primo that was provided, and it went to voicemail and they never even returned my call. ******* said they would deny me a refundI checked out at 11
