酒店距離機場非常近也提供免費機場接駁車，早餐也還算可以（比較了其它同價位旅館後得出的結論），該有的也都有。房間也算乾淨，服務也不錯，之前網上沒訂到雙床房，到店後給了雙床房，還不錯。

Horrendous. Hope this review helps others the aggravation. The pickup from the airport to the hotel (which was less than a mile) wait time was in excess of an hour. They said it was traffic but other hotel shuttles with the SAME license plates circled more than four times. After dropping us off, the shuttle just parked and did not shuttle around! For our morning shuttle , they only offered 5:40am or 7am time only! Would not give them even 7.0 rating. Their 9.0+ rating is totally bogus. Front desk also rude.

After traveling all day we needed a good nights rest. We didn’t get it. We were miserable. The mattress is awful, worn out, and needs replacing. It sags in the middle so badly that we were constantly bumping in to each other all night and waking each other up — it felt like we were falling into a hole— it’s also lumpy and too soft. Just couldn’t get comfortable.

Stayed here twice in the last weeks. Liked the hotel very much, friendly staff, rooms are equipped with everything you need, inexpensive, free breakfast, flexible check in if room available, nearby restaurant and 7-11 within walking distance. Especially the flexible check in was much appreciated. Did not figure out the courtesy shuttle to the hotel outside regular hours. Told us to call the hotel for the shuttle but my foreign cell phone did not provide service in Seattle and courtesy phones at the airport do not operate any more. Minor problem if you take the inexpensive room rate into consideration and if you figure out that an Uber only costs around 13 usd. Would not recommend taxi service because they charged us at least 21 usd for a trip of less than 5 minutes.

MY HUSBAND & I STAYED HERE BECAUSE WE WERE MEETING FAMILY MEMBERS FOR DINNER AT 13 COINS(ABOUT 3 BLOCKS AWAY). WE HAD TO GO TO SNOQUALMIE THE NEXT DAY, SO IT WAS CONVIENT TO STAY THERE. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS GREAT TOO. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET THE NEXT MORNING WAS GOOD TOO. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN IF WE ARE IN THE AREA.

The rooms are clean and adequately appointed with secure door locks. The shower is a converted tub with a glass door. The towels are great. Shuttle service is adequate. Ask for a room on the front/restaurant side to avoid hearing the Sound Transit train run outside your windows on the backside. If you are a woman traveling alone I suggest you ask not to be put in one of their rooms with a side door that joins to the next room. The door locks are flimsy and you can hear the other guests. Their breakfast is a feast if you love carbs: cereal, waffles with sugary syrup, breads, jams. The only eggs are hardboiled and cold. It's kinda picnic style with paper plates, thin plastic utensils and thin paper napkins. Lunch or dinner is at a terrific restaurant across the parking lot called Sharps. While it is busy I've never found it to be noisy from my room. This hotel is about an 11-minute shuttle ride from the airport. Both times I had to wait about 35 minutes for a shuttle which isn't fun when it's cold. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable.
