Great location with amazing views. Our room was very clean. Parking was not an issue. Check-in was a breeze. Shops and restaurants are convenient.

房間設施齊全，可以做飯洗衣，周邊環境極佳，景色秀美壯麗！唯一讓人遺憾的是房間隔音不太好，如果鄰居大嗓門或大動作可能讓人不適

The location to downtown Sedona. It is convenient to walk to shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. Parking was good. The unit was clean and spacious. We really liked the views from the room and the gas fireplace added an great touch in the winter.

Wonderful views and great location to downtown! Gym equipment was state of the art and hot tub at night was amazing

One of the most fun properties we have stayed at. They keep the pool and hottubs on so we were able to swim during a snow storm....sooo fun. Will def be back soon!

We had a great stay at the Hyatt, we were able to check in early & get a late checkout although this wasn't communicated to the cleaning crew & they were at our door at 10 AM on the dot. We were also slightly disappointed the pool/hot tub area was closed during our stay

Excellent property. Aiden at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful; her professionalism is so appreciated. We extended our stay and she made it seamless, which greatly helped me keep my business commi**ents.

You can hear every noise and conversation from your neighboring units. Very dated room. Outlets didn’t work. Room seemed very tight spaced.

The resort was nice and the staff was very good. Unfortunately our room was awful. We had to walk down 40 steps with luggage to get to the building and then up 20 steps to get to our 2nd floor room. The carpet was ragged and the paint was peeling in the bathroom.
We asked to move but got no response.
Do not stay in room numbers in the 1900’s unless you like tons of steps and dark rooms.
