Excellent service, clean, great location, great views and easy parking. Really liked the shower at this location. Very helpful in planning activities.

Beautiful hotel! Amazing views. If you have a car its perfect, however they do charge you to park. Room was clean, staff friendly, pool and hot tub perfect. Loved how they had starbucks downstairs. The only slight issue we had is that at 7:55pm we got a call saying that the people below us were complaining that we were stomping. We have a 2 year old who running. I get it they have to tell us but its not like it was 10pm. Legit 7:55 pm. But honestly amazing hotel overall. Loved it

Great property up
To the Marriot standard U can always rely on Marriot.! Check in attendant competent but not outgoing or friendly. Remote robotic lovely facility however

The cleaning staff is terrible. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned…. They never bothered to wash the floor.
Food on premises is terrible.
I have traveled to many states and countries… this hotel was just mediocre!

Rooms were outstanding. Loved the fireplace area in lobby. Great place to relax after dinner. All amenities available were excellent.
Didn’t like the fact that NO coffee available for free in lobby during morning hours. Also, appreciate lodging establishments that have any type of breakfast available for the guests for free. Not looking for extravagant items, just something. Disappointed in this and for the cost of the rooms per night which was ok, but then get charged for parking. Really. Will not return to Courtyard by Marriott properties.

This is a beautiful location for a hotel and the front desk staff and others were amazing.
My only complaint is the $ 20-a-night parking fee. After paying a lot of money per night for this hotel ($400 Canadian) I think the property could provide free parking. I might add that there is an abundance of room in the area parking lot. There is NO shortage of parking. There is truly no reason for them to charge for parking except as an extra money grab.
Also, we were there for American Thanksgiving and I found it odd that the hotel offered nothing complimentary that day. Like not even a free coffee or hot chocolate. I think they could improve in this area.
But overall I love this property. The views are stunning and the location is perfect.
Highly recommend.
