We had booked a grand villa for two days. But after check in we saw bathroom was full of cockroaches, jacuzzi was very dirty, and the room was smelling badly. We asked them to change room, they told us another grand villa is not available, but a cottage is available. So we shifted to cottage but that too was dreadful. A tail of lizard was on the sofa, when we complained to housekeeping a person came and threw the tail, when i insisted to check again, we saw a blood soaked lizard was resting behind the sofa pillow. With many efforts they could take her out. The jacuzzi here too was very dirty. Washroom was ant-home. No hot water was available in tapes, and when complained about it, they said open the tape for atleast 1/2 hr. But still it was unavailable. The quality of breakfast was poor, with very limited options. The exteriors was maintained, but the interiors were dreadful. It's just a waste of time and money to stay there.

Hotel wifi wasn't working since it was a workation & the resort wasn't capable considerate enough to resolve it after multiple requests. Poor customer experience.

Location is good but hotel gave me a bill of 7000- whereas i paid 8300 odd amount to mmt. On asking how is this possible, hotel reception told take a difference bill from mm t

The property is ok. The rate they charged for executive suite was very high as compared to the facility especially in a place like sehore. The complimentary breakfast was very bad.

Restaurent team doing misbehave with us and taking the order also. When we entered the hotel they not provide the chair and table to take the dinner at outside in TV ground. Service wa so bad,,,,, I never expect this with this Hotel.. i Have found the ast option at night to take the dinner at another big Creasent at Sehore.

Food is really awesome and they have a water park as well . So plan a week end trip check in the morning and go to water park Post that enjoy very good food in the resort Also they have amusement park , so next day skip the water park and go to amusement park . Its a 2 hour drive from Ujjain and it's a beautiful place to chill with family
