I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was perfect, and the room had an incredible river view. The location is super convenient, right outside Yongsan Station and next to a mall, with a convenience store downstairs. The staff provided excellent service, even allowing me to check out late. The room amenities were great, and I loved the gym and overall fancy atmosphere. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Hotel was very new, thus very clean. Room was smaller than photos but considerably bigger than another hotel I booked. Toilet is a littler tricky as water can easily leak out from the shower and there’s no hooks for clothes to be hung inside—the room we booked was a family room but the toilet set up was like a couple/single room.
Hotel service can be much improved with more initiative from the staff to resolve issues. Room was cleaned up in a strange way as well: we booked a room for three and every day, only two pairs of slippers were changed (honestly we don’t need the change but if it’s gonna be, why two when the room is for three?). The glasses were also washed but we couldn’t tell because they were never placed back in their original spots in the drawer.
Regardless, we have a restful stay and the location is great, being near many good restaurants and cafes.

Hotel rooms was clean and new. They also have the luggage storage for free! However, we feel like it self check in in a way as the lobby as on the top floor and there is no bell boy. It’s abit far from the city center or shopping area. Even though there is a mall next beside it. As a tourist we wanna go to city center like Gangnam and all. But the location and the staff of this hotel was good and friendly.

This airport themed hotel will make you wait till 3 pm to check in and there will be a zigzag line for you to stay in. That was not a pleasant arrival experience but for the room rate, no big complaint. It is a new hotel. Room is clean. Good bed and breakfast. Good location to travel around the city.
